Captivating view

The house itself is beautiful and everything was perfect. The views of the ocean and the salt pond are truly beautiful. Being able to open up the door walls truly make it a fantastic house would definitely stay here again. Next time we visit.

Spectacular property

A wonderful villa in a fantastic location.We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay at the villa. The Coral Estate complex is located in a wonderful location on Curacao. I recommend a car, which allows convenient access to beaches, shopping and dining.The complex provides a safe and well managed experience from check-in to check-out. The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos. I never tired of the incredible views from both the front and rear of the home. Any questions we had were quickly responded to by Therese. If I ever return to Curacao, I will definitely try and return to this villa if possible.

Family stay

Our family of 5 stayed in Curacao for a week and the house was a great fit. The views are fantastic, the pool is wonderful, and the location is convenient to some of the beautiful beaches on the northwest coast. It’s a quieter location than compared to other places closer to Willemstad. Make sure to stop at the store and get food and bath items for the house. Great place and great time. I would recommend it for any family looking to come to Curacao.

Stunning views, beautiful home, overall excellent! Highly recommend.

We just can't say enough about our stay at Vila 1205 and our first visit to Curacao! Therese was highly responsive to our many questions and very helpful as planned for and went on our trip. The Coral Estates team was also excellent, very efficient and available. The house...well, let's just say we thought it was amazing! The design/layout was modern and clean, with the ability to open up the house (as the photos show) for maximum breeze throughout the day and evening. We found zero issue with bugs at night, never used bug spray (we were outside of the rainy season so I can't speak to that). The beds were very comfortable, and while we used the air conditioning at night (in line with owner's guidance), we were otherwise always very comfortable regarding temperatures, even when daytime highs hit the low 90 degree (F) range. The kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed, and we cooked most nights. The grill was clean and functioned perfectly. The living space was very comfortable - I thought we would use the smart TV more but really the house encourages you to be outside so much that we spent most of our evening time enjoying the stars and the view and reading books, listening to music (would recommend bringing a bluetooth speaker if you plan to enjoy music (at reasonable volumes!). Access to the resort was great, and the Curacao beaches left us speechless, electric blue water, amazing snorkeling, pigs, sea turtles, it was wonderful!

Curacao trip # 2

The property is amazing, a little issue with check in, as we were directed to the resort office instead of the rental office. would have liked to see more supplies, like paper towels, dish cloths, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, hand soap, trash bags and general cleaning supplies. The views are incredible, some construction below, but this also provided entertainment. The propane tank holder on the grill was mounted upside down, quick fix for me to do. Great location, with on property restaurants, local Groceries, beaches.

Our favorite place with amazing views!

This modern villa is one of the best places we have ever stayed at anywhere! We absolutely loved the private infinity pool overlooking the ocean. It has beautiful views from every room, is in a wonderful location, has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a great kitchen! The owners of the villa were staying in the private apartment downstairs the week we stayed there, and that was not a problem for us at all. The apartment has a private entrance and no access to the main villa. We met with them the day we got there and right before we left. They are very nice and helpful with recommendations for the area. When there was a wasp nest outside one of the bedrooms they quickly came to take it down! Also 2 of the 3 outdoor showers didn’t have cold water but they are aware and will have that fixed. We highly recommend renting this villa! The views in person are better than in the pictures!

Perfect Villa With A Perfect View

We just returned home from a week in this villa. Everything was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The pleasant breeze that flowed through the home kept the place cool without the need of air conditioning (although we did use it to sleep). The pool was refreshing and the amenities were as described. We cooked in a couple of evenings or got takeout. The bbq food truck nearby was excellent. We had coffee in the morning and pizza from the main hotel, and enjoyed cocktails at their ocean side restaurant. In the end we all felt that Coral Estates was definitely the place to stay. Centrally located to all the highlights on the island plus close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this area and villa.

We had a wonderful stay. House and pool are beautiful. We had a few small issues that were taken care of promptly. Would highly recommend house to anyone. One small criticism, paper towels and laundry detergent are not provided. Overall excellent.

Beautiful Views

Gorgeous view of the ocean allowing us to see not only the sunsets, but the sun rises too. In addition, looking to the back is a gorgeous view as well - the salt lake and rocky cliffs. Simply stunning. House had excellent furniture to use and kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, etc.. Very comfortable beds. Property management was quick to respond to any little issue we had. definitely would rent this home again.

Incredible house on an amazing island

Overall, this house was amazing- the 360 views were probably some of the best in the whole neighborhood. We could basically watch the sunrise & sunset every day from the patio (winter) and loved having the East/West windows for the cool breeze. The design, layout, and décor in the house were lovely. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower & all the patio furniture. We'd read reviews about using too much water & electricity, so we were mindful about them and only really needed to run the AC in the bedroom at night. The privacy was fantastic & the construction nearby wasn't too noisy. I think the island is mostly geared towards Dutch tourists, so I had to adjust my expectations as an American. I wish we'd been told to bring our own toiletries, as I usually don't have to travel with my own. They did provide a few electric convertors, which was thoughtful & we had to request an extra blanket because there was only a very thin sheet on the bed. In addition to the beach club (beach, bar, restaurant, spa) nearby, there are some great local beaches to try (with services like food, drinks, chairs) & a few nearby shops. However, we did have to drive quite a ways to get dinner & we tried several local restaurants depending on how far we felt like driving in the evenings. The neighborhood is a bit far from most tourist things, but we were OK with the drive (which is easy & the drivers are generally friendly/polite) & also chose to spend lots of time on the north end of the island exploring the beaches & national parks.

Amazing View 🤩! Einfach Perfekt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir haben 3 tolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir waren zu viert und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr sicheren Wohngegend mit Security. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Schön wäre ein Staubsauger (dieser ist wohl unüblich für die Karibik) gewesen aber es ging auch so. (Deutsche Gründlichkeit 🤣). Wir fanden die Lage als perfekten Ausgangspunkt für die Insel. Ein Auto ist aber unverzichtbar. Wer mehr Aktion und Party möchte wäre hier falsch. Zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man schon 20 min fahren, was uns nichts ausgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation war immer super und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Der Pool war sauber und perfekt für uns als Abkühlung. Richtig schwimmen ist nicht möglich. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum. Jeden Abend konnte man dort gut verweilen. Das Haus wurde 2 mal gereinigt, was gut geklappt hat. Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen 🤩!

Nice Villa - good location on the island

This is an affordable villa in a very convenient location on the island. Enjoyed having the facilities such as the restaurants on the water in such close proximity. Easy drive to town as well. Kitchen well stocked. The only downfall was the lack of blankets and any extra linens although we learned from others on the island that this is customary for the Dutch, they don’t use the same type of bedding that we are used to. This was our second stay on island, we stayed at Villa Westpunt before which is very nice but much further drive to everything and not nearly as convenient as this one. For a great location and nice amenities the villas located here are perfect.

Coral Estate Beauty

Great house, great location, beautiful views. Owner was very helpful and even provided a cooler and beach towels when we asked. Only negative was that the pool maintenance people didn’t show up and by the end of the week, the pool had quite a bit of algae. Wasn’t a huge negative because we were mostly at the beaches, but it kept us from using the pool in the evening late in the week

Great views of both the ocean, hills, and salt flats

Had a great time at the property with our group of 6 adults. Therese, the owner, is very prompt with answering any questions and Anita, the property manager, was very welcoming and took care to properly introduce the property and island to us. The property is very well maintained from the pool, to the gardens, to the home. The kitchen was nicely appointed. We hired chefs to cook for us a few nights and they had no issues with the appliances for the gourmet meals they prepared. The salt water pool was a fantastic way to spend the evening after diving and lounging on the local beaches. Straight up and down works best on the driveway. Water from the tap was good. PRO TIP 1: the Smart TV has a radio app that can bring stations from all around the world for listening. PRO TIP 2: the air conditioners in the bedroom work well and only need a few minutes to cool the bedrooms down. After shutting off in the AM, you can keep the rooms cool by shutting the doors to the room. PRO TIP 3: pick up some ice at the grocery store and keep in the freezer for your adult beverages. The property is a short drive from the airport but is situated in the nicest development on the island. There is a very nice grocery store, Centrum, with 20 mins or a smaller store, California Grocery, 10 mins away. The estate area spa, beach and restaurant are fantastic and we’d highly recommend enjoying them.

Rare and amazing views, stunning villa, perfect location

We've stayed in several Coral Estates villas and this was our best Vrbo experience. The views of both the salt flats and the ocean, along with comfortable outdoor living spaces and beautiful landscaping allowed us to enjoy meals and lounging outside all week. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking tools and appliances. The window that opens up to the lovely backyard and views makes being in the kitchen a treat. Two masters are great for groups of adults, and both have private outdoor showers. It's an easy drive down to Karakter for coffee and pastries, nice dinners, and the beach area with full service. This villa is very well priced for the size, location, and high end finishes. And Anita the property manager was very responsive and flexible when we had a slight flight delay on arrival. I've already shared the link with friends and highly recommend it.

Amazing house!

Host is fabulous! House is amazing! - true indoor/ outdoor living. The location is great- easy access to city and many beautiful beaches and state park. Fresh fish close by. Pool is a super added bonus! Recommend for group of friends or family!
