"Great location! "

"The home was exceptionally clean and let in a lot of light. There were only two of us, but this home could easily fit 1-2 more people during a stay. My son and I each had our own room and bathroom (and TV). The host was communicative about checking in. It was close to the beach, and also close to the UNF campus, which is where we were visiting. The location had many spots and restaurants within a short drive. We were only there a night, but would stay again if we go to Jacksonville!"

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"Excellent communication with the host, very responsive. Easy check in. Amenities are appropriate for the price point. Quiet, Clean and orderly. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own pillows and a blanket for the bed as the ones there are lightweight and thin. Good otherwise. Thank you for a pleasant stay! "

"This was a recently listed property, maybe that is why the price was so appealing. And no, I don't regret it in any way. It is a portion of a one-family house now subdivided into areas for different guests. Each one has a separate entry, and everyone could share the lawn and the parking lot. No eye-catching renovation, but clean and has everything one needs, no kettle though, had to microwave liquids. Very close to Saint Augustin's downtown area, if need be, one could even walk.
