Perfect unit in a perfect location! Everything is within walking distance and it was a peaceful respite when we would return from a wonderful day of site-seeing! Very quiet location and the fully equipped kitchen was very helpful! Hope to return again and stay at this particular property!

This property is perfect for a friend get-away. Decor is cute, comfortable bedrooms, stocked kitchen and bathroom. We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying morning coffee. Very easy walk to the historic district. No safety issues with walking at night if dinner kept us out at dark. Laundry facility downstairs but still convenient. The grounds are beautifully maintained as well as the entire neighborhood. Parking is really nice and on the grounds. The little complex is friendly and nice to meet other travelers. One really cute surprise was the house next door has adorable firefly lights at night. Only recommendation would be a USB port in the bedrooms. I’ve seen places that have bedside lamps with a USB port. Of course this wouldn’t discourage us from staying here again. We would reserve again for a much longer period. Thank you for such a great stay!

The property is exactly as described! Had a great little vacation and this place was excellent. 10 minute walk to St. George street and lots off good food options. Best little coffee and pastry place just around the corner too. The courtyard was amazing to look at as we sat on the balcony every night. Will be back for sure.

This is a tiny apartment - it can be a little challenging maneuvering around the kitchen and small bathroom. However, it had everything we needed for our 3 nights and we loved being able to easily and safely walk into town. It was quiet at night and check in was very easy. Easy parking as well.

Off street parking was great as it is tough to find parking in Saint Augustine. Very close to historic part of town and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Small quant apartment but does the job.

Wonderful stay! The unit was perfect for our needs, very cozy, clean, adorable kitchen and was within walking distance to almost everything in the historic district. Had a delicious lunch at Pizzalley’s and dinner at the Columbia restaurant. Highly recommend this unit and host.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have picked a better place in St. Augustine! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely perfect - within easy walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants, and all the historic sights, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable.The host was responsive and helpful, and the entire experience from check-in to check-out was seamless. We loved being able to park once and walk everywhere. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to stay in St. Augustine, this is it. Cozy 2 bedroom apartment that is just 2 blocks away going to St..George St., Historic Downtown. Kristen was accomodating because she let us use the parking space for a few hours to do our last minute shopping before we head back home.Me and my Husband will surely stay here again.
Awesomely maintained place. Parking spaces are located at the back of the middle apartment.
