"Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great place. Small old window A/C unit, worked ok but slow to cool. Garage access would have been good, parking outside under tree, bird poop and tree mess all over car, had to wash it after we left,"

"The unit was absolutely as beautiful as it looked in the listing. The property manager was easy to reach with questions and assistance. The ease of this rental was exactly what we were looking for and being able to stay together. My only wish is that we’d had more time to enjoy it, but our trip was very short due to our own calendars. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The home was very clean and had an extremely well appointed kitchen. The house's location is excellent, only a short walk to downtown and a few blocks from a few fun eateries. A highlight was visiting the Regga Surf Cafe for brunch by the water. "

"Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher !"

"This house was very clean and stocked with almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze and checking out was even easier. All they ask you to do when leaving is to lock the door on your way out! It's in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the downtown San Marco area. "

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the home was very clean. Had everything that you needed. Fence was secure enough that we didn’t feel our babies would escape."

"Our sty was wonderful. Host was awesome at communicating we appreciated the welcome snacks. The house is well stocked and the check in process was seamless. The pool and hot tub was a definite win. U would definitely book again. Pictures don’t do the house justice."
