The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family trip. Communication was seamless even when we had an electrical outage (power company doing some kind of work in the area). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a short stay, but great location - safe and convenient to shopping and UNF. Easy check-in and host left some treats and drinks which were much appreciated by the kids when we arrived.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean, very well organized with comfortable bedding. Good water pressure in showers. Very appreciative to have waters and some sodas chilled in the fridge. It was not far off of the interstate. Not an extensive check out list. Overall very pleasant stay. Also great sushi restaurant close by - Hana Yori!

The property was very clean & in a quiet neighborhood. The enclosed patio in the backyard was my favorite spot in the mornings. Plenty of space & appreciated the extras, i.e. the Sodas & chips. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great Stay!

This property fit exactly what we needed! Loved how it was decorated. Quick communication with the host. Only issue we had was the floors not cleaned the best but after contacting the host, she assured me that she spoke with cleaning crews about it.Overall we really liked it

A Great Switcheroo

The management was efficient with fixing a last minute issue with the reserved house. They quickly provided a nearby and larger rental house option when the first one developed a plumbing issue the day I was to check in. The new house was very close and even a bit larger (an upgrade). Communication and accommodation was great. Thank you!
