    20 mins ride to National Park beaches and walking/hiking trails. Repeat quests every year.

I was Met at the door when I arrived. The place was clean with fresh flowers and fruit. It’s a basic place. Nice outdoor veranda, not a spectacular view or anything but nice. I would Stay again.

Absolutely perfect location for our stay on St John this week! House was clean, AC was cool and kitchen had all amenities for prepping meals to take on a day adventure or stay in and cook. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to be close to Cruz Bay with easy access to main roads leading around the island, but away from the crowds.

Everything was in good condition, Prince met us when we arrived, the location is just outside town but walkable.

Everything was perfect except that we had great difficulty finding the house to check in. It was dark and our Taxi driver was not familiar with the house. The address that I had was C-13. In fact, the street address for the unit was A-13. The owner of A-13, who I presume was the father of the adjacent unit C-13 owner, was very helpful in assisting us. Overall, the unit was very nice.I plan to go back.

Awesome location. Host was very friendly and informative. Great views. Kitchen had all the things needed to make a good meal after purchasing your own food from the local grocery which was a 5 minute drive away. Looking forward to booking again next year.

The house had everything you would need; paper towels, cooking seasoning, soap, coolers for the beach, beach chairs, towels, everything! And a 10 minute walk to downtown Cruz Bay.

Perfect place to stay! You can easily catch a cab to get home, but steep walk to town is fine. Amazing host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They let us drop our bags before check in! Clean space, and AC works great. Lovely outside deck with a table to enjoy the outdoors- even saw hummingbirds! The water pressure is great, but only hot for a few minutes, but expected on an island. Would stay again!

This rental was excellent. The rooms were spacious with vaulted ceilings. It has a steep hill going down to town. It took us 12 minutes to walk down to Starfish Market, We are in relatively good shape, but we walked down and took a taxi back up the first night. The second day, we picked up our Jeep. It was extremely clean. Mr. Prince supplied many essentials such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, coolers, basic spices, cooking oil, and a couple gallons of drinking water to get us started. The air conditioning was very efficient. We were 3 adults and 1 child and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to Stay!

This is a great place to stay. It's not a fancy resort, Just a two bedroom apartment. If your going to spend your time exploring the island and the waters around then save your money and stay here, not an expensive resort!

Had a great stay. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the town's traffic noise, this is it. Great views of the town below from the terrace/balcony and kitchen. The modern and quiet air conditioning system in the kitchen was enough to cool the whole apartment, but if you need some extra cold, the bedrooms have their own AC. It was a pleasure to chat with the owner and learn about the island and its history.

Home away from home

Home away from home. All of our essentials were covered. Plenty of clean soft towels, a clean home, and a welcoming place to come back to at the end of the day.

Another Great Stay

Our third time here. Very clean walk 15 minutes to town. Comfortable place parking if you need it. We will be back.

Great value and location!

This spot was great. We had everything we needed, and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. They provided water and a fruit bowl upon our arrival, which was very kind. There is a major construction project going on next door, but it didn't bother us at all.

Great Stay in St John

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Mr. Prince’s place. He was a great, responsive host. The house was clean, comfortable and well located. We could walk to Cruz Bay restaurants in about 15 minutes. Thanks to Mr. Prince for a great stay!

St John accommodation

Mr. Prince property was spotless, clean china, neat rooms, cleaners, coffee filters and AC, everything was just right and Mr Prince was very friends and accommodating. Location close to Cruz Bay, scenic view. I would higher recommend his VRBO.

Great house and location

House was great and as described. Fresh flowers placed throughout the house. That was a nuce surprise. Parking is a little tricky but overall pleased. Will stay here again!

Second time staying there

We stayed again at contant farms, after having stayed last winter. It was just as great as we remembered. We didn’t mind walking up the hill daily, but if that’s a dealbreaker for you, you may want to look elsewhere. But for us, it was the perfect place to stay. We will certainly stay again in the future, given the opportunity.
