Great place to stay!

Our first time on St. John. Everything was perfect, optimum location between north and south beaches, house is beautifully placed right on bay shore, equipped with absolutely everything you would need during the stay. Close to shops and restaurants, communication with host also great, having a greater lead us from the dock and giving a tour of the house was really helpful. We had a great time!

Super clean and excellent communication

This was our first stay in St. John and we couldn’t have had a better experience with this villa. The property management team was perfectly on time with each communication, very responsive, and made it very easy. The property was very very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and there was lots of room for our party of 5 to spread out. Stunning views, beautifully decorated. Very highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing Property!

I highly recommend this property to anyone staying on St. John! No detail was left unattended to. This was a very special place to us as my family owned it years ago. Now we are back as guests, and will keep returning to our special place whenever we can!

Fantastic views but

Great views, very clean and nice property. Ok now the bad. Mosquito’s galore. They must be getting in through the screens or the floor. We spent most nights killing 20 to 30 in the main master room. Also the main room with kitchen is not air conditioned. Makes it a real problem when that is the main room family gathers. Also not kid friendly if you need the other rooms for kids beings they are on the second floor away from the main house. Other than chasing mosquitoes every night and being sweaty while we ate this place was great.

Beautiful views and comfy beds

This property was great ! All the previous reviews were correct in saying the pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were really cozy and kitchen has everything needed for your stay. Parking is tight on a main road so if you can squeeze your guests into one car that is definitely recommended !

Nothing short of spectacular!

Nothing short of spectacular! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Cliffhanger. The pictures and descriptions online do not do it justice. It is everything advertised and then some. The location is absolutely perfect for those who want to be close to grocery and dining in the smaller quieter area of Coral Bay. We were literally minutes away to a grocery store in either direction. Snorkling at the rocky entry below was fun and easy with reef to the left and right. The views were Breathtaking and the entire house promoted utter relaxation. Jared, Keri and Clare were amazing at communicating and providing us with everything we needed. Easy check in and check out process. We would not hesitate to stay again and cannot wait till our next trip! Thank you!

Cliffhanger! A perfect house in Coral Bay.

This house was amazing. Views are incredible. Great location to beaches, hiking, etc. but much quieter than the Cruz Bay side of the island. The house is very comfortable. The deck is fabulous. Kitchen is nicely furnished with plenty of cookware and utensils. I especially appreciated that enough basic supplies was provided for our entire stay (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc.). I would love to stay here again!

Great property

Cliffhanger worked out perfectly for our family. The house is well equipped and provided plenty of space for the five of us to spread out. The property manager was very responsive.

Great Stay in St John

We had a wonderful time at Cliffhanger. It was our second stay and just as wonderful as the first. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals to enjoy on the spacious deck. New beach chairs and beach towels/totes were provided for our daily beach trips. Everything about the house was perfect! We hope to return soon!

Paradise!

Wow is a under statement! Property description and pictures were spot on. The 2 decks were our favorite place to just relax and the views were awesome. Loved having the sunrise in the mornings. House was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed. The day we arrived our greeter was waiting for us and was so nice and showed us all around and all the details. Keri was great with helping with all my questions and helpful with information about the island and rentals. We had 2 boys 8 & 11 and a girl 13 and the rooms worked out perfectly for them. They loved having the ring game on their deck as well. The house is close to restaurants and several grocery markets which was very convenient. We hope to stay here again soon.

Cliffhanger

The cliffhanger was a wonderful experience for our family. The house is well stocked and everything you need, plus more, is there. It is in an area convenient to all the beautiful beaches. Out only suggestions would be. To invest in a generator as we lost power 2 days during our stay and it was very hot and we had no water during the outages.

Beautiful water views

The view is stunning, and the property manager was so helpful! Had an issue with the freezer that was promptly fixed, and they were very quick with any questions. Highly recommend! Just a really beautiful setting that was exactly perfect for our family vacation!!

Cliffhanger was Awesome!

First time staying in Coral Bay, and it did not disappoint. Views were amazing. Cliffhanger was perfect for our family of 5. Master on main level. Daughter (13) had her own room and bathroom on lower level. Sons (11, 10) shared room with two twin beds and had their own bathroom also on lower level. Wrap around decks on both levels overlooking bay. Started every day with coffee on deck enjoying the sunrise. Went to sleep every night with doors and windows open so we could hear the waves crashing directly below. House was very clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise Found

Cliffhanger was true paradise! Hearing and seeing the beautiful water all day was amazing. Coral Bay was perfectly remote. The layout of the house was great for our family of six – together but separate. The grill was in fine working condition – not always the case with vacation properties. Other added touches – beach towels, bags, cooler, chairs and noodles. I can’t thank Jared enough for going above and beyond on our arrival. We reserved, in advance, a rental car at the airport only to discover they were out of cars. We did not have a backup plan. Jared responded immediately, reserved a car on St John on our behalf and gave us instructions to take a taxi to the ferry. Things were smooth sailing from there on out. Woo meet us in Coral Bay to take us to the property and give us the house tour – very helpful. We did not want to leave!

Stunning views and charming home

The home was lovely-lots of great touches throughout. Very nice kitchen that was good for our group to hang out in. The only small issue was that there was not any shampoo in any of the bathrooms. Other than that the house really had everything-kitchen was well stocked with pans etc and lots of beach towels and bathing towels too.
