Wow! What a terrific place! We selected the Villa Capiz based on the view, and it did not disappoint! The view of Great Cruz Bay and the surrounding area was amazing. Right from the beginning of our reservation, the owner Debbie and the Property Managers Robyn and Aaron were very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The villa was very clean when we arrived, and Robyn/Aaron made sure to show us where everything was and how everything worked (i.e., hot tub, pool). The beds were comfortable, the air conditioners cooled the bedrooms, and the kitchen/grill worked very well. We loved the sound of the tree frogs in the evening! We would highly recommend the Villa Capiz and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property and view! Everything you need well thought out. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Quality furnishings, beautiful artwork throughout, a true zen like vibe. Solid, supportive mattresses. Robyn and Aaron were so accommodating and available. It was a perfect getaway!

Family Vacation

We loved the property! Amazing views of Cruz Bay and well located. It has everything we needed for our stay on St John. Robyn and Aaron were also super helpful getting us situated as this was our first visit to the island.

Highly recommended!

Villa Cadiz was a great experience! Beautiful view, and amazing sunsets! Spacious property, very clean, and well equipped kitchen. Plus pool, jacuzzi and grill. I was impressed by the landscape and the gorgeous mango tree (we ate some).The property is a 10-12 min drive from Cruz Bay. Totally worth the drive to enjoy calm and privacy (and the view).Robyn and Aaron are spectacular managers too. Easy check in, very responsive and excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat.I would definitely go back!

Views and Vibes at Villa Capiz

My wife and I recently enjoyed an incredible stay at Villa Capiz in St. John, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from both floors of the house.One of our favorite features was the main floor’s expansive sliding doors. We loved opening them up in the mornings and evenings, letting the island breeze flow through as we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. It made every meal feel special, whether we were making breakfast or enjoying a sunset dinner.The house itself was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect for exploring all that St. John has to offer. We were just a short drive from the North Shore beaches, close to Cruz Bay’s restaurants, and within easy reach of adventures on the island’s east side.A special thank you to Aaron and Robyn, who were truly outstanding hosts. They welcomed us graciously and were always available to answer any questions, making sure our stay was seamless and memorable.

Not your typical rental property

Truely special home with a magnificent view. The details of the home were immaculately selected and placed. The outdoor living spaces were perfectly put together. Property management was prompt and very helpful in getting our group settled. Our group was 2 families total of 7 people and the home accompdated us perfectly. St John island is an amazing place. We felt safe traveling freely anywhere on island. The roads were a bit crazy but made it an adventure. We did not feel the roads to town or beaches were walkable so expect to drive most anywhere. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything we needed for cooking or grilling. Home even included beach chairs and coolers for our daily beach trips!Overall we had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed the island and this property. settled. settled. St John

Great house with a great view

We had a great stay at this lovely house with its zen feel. Wonderful view from both levels including the pool. It had everything we needed for our many beach excursions as well. The managers were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this house!!

Amazing property, amazing views, amazing amenities

Everything was perfect at Villa Capiz! The house was filled with everything we needed for a stress-free rental. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, even stainless steel cups with lids! The owners were super helpful leading up to the week and throughout. They have contacts for everything! Taxis, boat rentals, jeep rentals… you name it. We will absolutely be back as soon as we can!

50th birthday

We celebrated my husbands 50th with his sisters and their husbands. The house has an amazing view! The house/living area wasn’t air conditioned but had a breeze with the doors and windows open. Bedrooms were comfortable with a private AC unit. Aaron and Robyn are great with answering any questions. We will definitely be back again!!!

Hot and humid.

Den and kitchen not air conditioned. I understand that is common in St John but humidity and heat was very uncomfortable most of the time. Power outages occurred during our stay for most of the week. Managers did their best to use backup solar to help. We turned off ac when we were out to conserve. Even with ac on at night could not cool bedroom below 76.

Amazing

What an absolutely perfect place to stay! Not only is the Villa itself gorgeous and functional but the view is beyond stunning. There was an island wide blackout for our first 2 days and the solar panels and Tesla walls kept everything running perfectly, and the property managers were in touch with us the entire time keeping us updated. We didn't even notice because we were out enjoying the island, and when we were at the villa we were just caught up in the stunning view and beautiful pool. We will absolutely be renting Villa Capiz again when we take our next trip to the island!

Beautiful Property With Spectacular Views!

Villa Capiz is a wonderful, tropical paradise with incredible views of St. Thomas and the sunsets. Robin/Aaron, our hosts, were outstanding as they communicated with us prior to our arrival and were very helpful from start to finish. Aaron met us at the ferry dock in Cruz Bay, took us to the jeep rental place, took our luggage to the villa and gave us a detailed overview of everything regarding the villa. The villa is extremely nice, has a large, refreshing pool and the kitchen is fully stocked. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the restaurants and beaches. The beach chairs, towels and cooler were much appreciated and an added bonus. The only con which prevented this from being a 5 star rating is the two king size beds in the lower rooms. One mattress is okay and fairly comfortable to sleep on, but the other one sags badly in the middle and needs replacing. Our friends could not sleep on it and moved to the smaller room upstairs with a Queen bed after the first night. The birds in the trees are also pretty loud all night, but I put a fan on high by the bed to drown out the noise. Overall, Villa Capiz is a beautiful place which we truly enjoyed, but we would likely not stay there again unless the mattresses on the two K/S beds are replaced.

Amazing Home with Amazing Views

We had a great time at this home. We ended up switching locations, then also had to extend our stay due to traveling issues. The property managers and owners were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The house was super clean and in amazing condition. The house has a very cool design and decorations and the view and pool area are amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorable stay at Villa Capiz

Villa Capiz was just as advertised. The house and grounds are beautiful. The location was perfect...10 minutes from all restaurants and shopping. The beach chairs and coolers were appreciated too. Robyn was flexible to meet us earlier when our travel plans changed and responsive with any questions. We will stay here again on our next visit to St. John. Thank you!

Incredible Stay in St. John

Breathtaking views from this gorgeous home on St. John. Perfect for a family or several couples, 3 well appointed bedrooms. Cooked breakfast every day in the gourmet kitchen and made use of the pristine grill with a sunset view of St. Thomas to the west. Very large pool for the island plus a hot tub that was great in the evening. Nicely appointed home with landscaping that made it feel like a private oasis. It will be difficult to return to St. John and not stay at Villa Capiz.

Perfection!

I don’t even know where to begin. Villa Capiz is a gorgeous home. The views are breathtaking! I honestly saw the most beautiful sunset of my life one evening. The house has so many beautiful touches. The pool is wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked the entire stay and never lacked any type of utensil, serving bowl, pot, etc. we also used the grill one evening. Lauren and Tori were available for all of our questions. We will definitely be returning to this special place. Thank you for sharing your home.
