This villa is a wonderful home for a large group of friends or family, the host was very responsive with questions. This was our 2nd stay at Tre Vista .

The house was perfect for our adult family! The location, the views, the pool, the kitchen and bedrooms were everything we needed and more! The house had everything from beach chairs, beach towel and beach bags to games and more. Communication with Nellie was easy! We will be back again!

A true dream

This property and the views are what dreams are made of! We absolutely loved this property. There was plenty of space for everyone and all of the furniture, fixtures, decor, etc were great quality, clean, and comfortable. The views from the pool and from the rooms is something that will never get old. The only downside is that there are no AC units in the main living area so those spaces get a little toasty. The rooms were extremely cool though. Location is perfect as it’s close to town, trash dumps, grocery, gas. We absolutely loved this property and would recommend this to anyone! It was a once in a lifetime vacation!

This is an amazing property. It's a great location close to Cruz Bay. The lay out of property allows plenty of space for ten guest and the sunsets are just beautiful. We made life long memories at Tre vista and will cherish them forever.

Absolutely incredible

If this property seems like it’s too good to be true online, it is in person as well! We felt like we were in heaven. The accommodations were wonderful, the pool perfect for the grownups and kids age 2,3,6,9. The property manager was so helpful and kind. I hope we get to come back!

The Best!

Tre Vista is the best in all ways. The views from three sides is incredible, the villa has all of the aminities you could want, the kitchen is made for a cook, the furnishings are comfortable and appealing, and it is well located. The view is worth it all! The best!

Such a beautiful view

For a family who likes to have easy grocery delivery, beer, liquor and all the restaurants/nightlife within 10 min to the house, deer in your yard, tree frogs singing every night, magical sunsets, and perfect photos… this is your vacation spot. The neighbors below were so sweet. Private boats are a must to book and also pick you up right in Cruz Bay. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place in paradise

We had a family reunion, and this place gave us enough room to really enjoy our stay. The five bedrooms, pool and well-stocked kitchen provided everything we needed. The house is close to Cruz Bay but far enough away to give you peace and quiet. I would stay here again.

Private Resort

This property is breathtaking. The pictures do not capture the beautiful views. Early morning coffee looking out at the bay. We enjoyed hiking and coming back to the infinity pool. We will definitely be back. Property is clean and comfortable.

Amazing

Amazing family vacation. The property is perfect for large families and groups and the comfort, views and amenities are so enticing that you almost dont want ti leave the property to explore the island. Nellie was super responsive and accommodating as the property manager. Cant recommend this amazing priperty strongly enough. Wow!!

Wonderful house for large groups!

Our family loved staying at Tre Vista! We spent most of our time on the back patio and pool area - the views are spectacular, and we spent a lot of time playing cornhole and cards out back. We loved the layout of the house - husband and I had the primary suite in the main house, our kids were down below in the separate suite, and our extended family stayed in the cottage. We really couldn't have asked for a better place, and we loved the location, not far from town.

Perfect house in the perfect location

My rating says it all. The house came as advertised, and in a perfect location overlooking Chocolate Hole/Cruz Bay. The home was very spacious, with a great entertaining patio and pool. With 5BR/6Baths it was more than enough room for 2 families, 10 people in total. We would definitely consider renting this property again next time we return.

Perfect location, rainbows and sunsets

We vacation with our 4 adult children every January-and most often in St John as I can think of no other place I'd like to be! This house is very close to Cruz Bay, but it feels very private and quiet. We had rainbows almost every morning, beautiful sunsets every evening and the entire outdoor space is amazing and perfect for gathering for dinner, game night, or just hanging out together. The pool was perfect and the house very well equipped.

Fabulous home !

We loved the home, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, huge well stocked kitchen. Pool deck area was plenty for our group of 10. Nice touch to have a Sonos based sound system in 3 different areas in the main house, just download the Sonos app ( version 1 ) to your phone and you have complete control of your music by streaming or downloaded. We would stay here again.

Stellar stay!

Tre Vista is a wonderful and welcoming villa with fantastic views! The layout is very comfortable and affords plenty of space to really stretch out, especially the outdoor areas where we spent all of our time. The place was clean and the kitchen well appointed making it great to make wonderful breakfasts while enjoying watching the island come to life. The beds were great as well! Shawna our greeter was amazing with all kinds of suggestions for dining and adventures, and Nellie the property manager was a phone call away when we needed her. The suggestion I might make for improvement would be the outdoor sectional could use an upgrade, it has been well loved. All in all, a fantastic place!
