The house was great for my mobility challenged mom because it was all on one floor including the pool - no stairs! The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The rest of the home is very spacious and well-loved providing a glimpse back in time. It had everything we needed and was in a great location with nice views. It worked well as our home base to venture out from to the north shore beaches during the day and to the restaurants in Cruz Bay for dinners in the evenings. Air conditioning worked well in all of the bedrooms - no AC in the kitchen and living room but the large screened in windows and fans made it comfortable enough. The house had cats that we fed daily and a family of chickens. We also had a visit from the donkeys one day! And finally, we got unexpectedly delayed and had to stay on the island for several more days and the rental company was so easy to work with and found us a place to stay at a reasonable price. We would stay at this home again!

Tennis villa visit

Villa is a great location. Villa itself is nice. But it was in deep need of a deep cleaning. The dryer died. Dust on most fixtures and appliances. Hot water didn’t last long. Could’ve been cleaner. Decor was very dated. Communication with the manager was good. Pool was kept clean.

A week in paradise

We had a wonderful week staying at the tennis villa. The property is extremely spacious. The propery has everything you could need. The pool is wonderful and the views are stunning. We highly recommend the villa. There were a few things that were showing thirty air but mainly little nik picking, but the management was very responsive to any questions is problems we had. details. thirsty she but overall

Fantastic beach vacay in St John

We had an outstanding time in St John and loved staying at the tennis villa. Property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Very warm and welcoming to us the entire week. The place was perfect for two families of 4 with two teenagers each. Beaches are magical. We particularly loved trunk bay at sunset. We would come back to tennis villa

Wonderful family holiday vacation

We were a family of seven, two grandparents, two daughters with husbands and one teenage grandchild coming from three cold New England states. It was blissful to be there. We went kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, beaching, and relaxing. The weather was amazing. The house incredible, comfortable, well equipped, perfect.

Great Location in Cruz Bay area

Great spot for our group of friends to enjoy. Large kitchen with 2 refrigerators. Plenty of space to cook and grill. The large great room/dining area fit all of us comfortably. Pool deck and pool were in excellent condition with plenty of seating and views of 2 bays. If you want to play casual tennis, the court is nice, just bring grip tape for the available racquets and balls.

Tennis villas Christmas 2021

The Tennis Villas is perfect for a family of 8! Great space for everyone. Pool and patio view is amazing. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful St. John Villa

The villa was perfect for our group of 8. All of the rooms were setup as kings for each couple with a bathroom in each one. Both the kitchen and living room area were big, so we had plenty of space. The pool was a big hit for everyone in our group as it was long and deep so everyone could swim at the same time. Though we didn't use the tennis court, we did get an opportunity to see a couple deer on the court one evening. The property was very beautiful with lots of trees, flowers and adorable tiny lizards. The night sky above the pool area was amazing and clear 90% of the trip, so perfect for those star gazers in the group. We'll definitely try to stay at this villa again during our next visit and highly recommend staying on St. John. Everyone is extremely friendly and it's great if you just want a relaxing vacation with peaceful evenings and it also has the best snorkeling.

Nice place to stay

Easy access to town. 3 King Bedrooms, all ensuites. Great AC in all bedrooms. The house is for sale and needs some improvements, but for our group it was just what we needed - a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay on St John. Thanks!
