  • The view across St. John's south shore is breathtaking, and during your stay in Sea’s Edge you won't miss a second of it. Sea’s Edge sits on a cliff side point 60 feet above Rendezvous Bay, surrounded by water on three sides. With beautiful island-inspired architecture, charming indoor and outdoor living spaces, and complete privacy, Sea’s Edge is a haven, the perfect place to escape the stresses of civilization. This villas waterfront location offers wonderful island breezes, with stairs leading to a rocky trail that brings you to a private protective cove perfect for taking a leisurely float.

    Spread out between a main house and separate cottage, the five bedroom suites are richly furnished and each has a private balcony with direct sea views as well as ensuite bathrooms and televisions for those nights you may just want to cozy up in bed with a good movie. Additionally, the gourmet kitchen and luxurious main living areas are equipped with every modern convenience, including a state of the art sound system.

    The outdoor living spaces are an elegant extension of the indoors with a comfortable dining area, a large 42’ invisible edge pool that disappears into the Caribbean Sea, and plenty of space for just enjoying the sun and the breeze. And for days when you'd rather lounge on the beach than lounge at home, Sea’s Edge is just a short drive to the white sands of the North Shore.

Beautiful Stay for a Milestone Birthday Couples Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I absolutely loved this villa! So much so that they want to make this an annual trip :) The kitchen is extremely well stocked for large group dinners, the pool was wonderful, and all the rooms were very comfortable. We loved being reasonably close to town and the beaches!

STJ family trip

Amazing views!…… close to everything by car. Great place, but bring a few gallons of bug spray. We got eaten alive by mosquitos during our stay.

Had a small problem with hot water in guest house and an ant problem in the kitchen. Overall great time.

The views and setup were top notch, having the ocean access to snorkel and watch wildlife was a huge plus. We seen turtles close by everyday. The house was in excellent condition and in quite area not to far from Cruz bay and about 25min from Coral Bay

Paradise in Saint John

It accommodates everyone in beautiful bedrooms with private space. The area was beautiful. Snorkeling was tge best right in the cove by Seas Edge. The rental company was efficient and pleasant. I travel usually in November to beautiful islands. This trip was one of the best. Worth the money. Great experience.

Stunning and Peaceful

Everyday we had a wonderful breeze, there is room if needed to get out of the sun. We were (5) couples and truly enjoyed our week. This was our 3rd time vacationing in St John and our next trip will be back to Seas Edge.

Picture Perfect 20th Anniversary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a trip to St John with our close family and Sea's Edge was the perfect villa choice. We held the Vow Renewal outside the gazebo and then celebrated with a catered in dinner and dance party on the outside patio. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy and took full advantage of their own balconies. The pool, deck and view kept us entertained at all hours (turtles! waves! stars!). Catered To and the maintenance folks were courteous, friendly and professional. We are now spoiled for an infinity pool with that view and the sounds of the waves. Hope to return!

Told a story about how he was a maintenance person who was looking for a tool he left behind. Rental company verified this was not true. We were very lucky. It could have ended very differently. We had left with the cars, but my wife stayed behind. I guess they thought we were all gone. Scary but turned out OK. The house was beautiful and Catered to was a good company to deal with.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION AND... LOCATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat this villa in my opinion. I have seen very very few if any that compete with it. The access to Rendezvous Bay is absolutely epic, albeit it is not for kids or beginners to enter the water without assistance, the snorkeling right there outside the dock was in my opinion second best to Maho Bay. The ONLY improvement I would make at this villa would be to add some more outdoor seating, there was only 3 lounge style outdoor chairs and was hoping for more as we were competing for them sometimes. Everything else about this villa is magnificent. Roy the greeter was perfect as well, escorted us to our villa right from the ferry dock and gave us a tour and then even went as far to ensure we were able to connect to the sound system before we left. 6/5 stars if I could. We will be back 100%.

Water Access and Amazing View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea’s Edge is exactly as the name states! The view of the bay from the large patio and infinity pool are breathtaking. The rooms are all spacious and the home is equipped with everything you need including a gourmet kitchen that is stocked with spices and some welcome snacks. We were there 9 days and didn’t leave the house for several of the days because it’s just so pretty. You can snorkel right off of the dock (depending on how rough the water is) so bring your mask. We saw sea turtles in the bay every day which never got old. The drive to the house is less than 10 mins to Cruz Bay and only a couple of miles but there are some steep roads and curves to get there so while it’s short it’s not walkable. We got a taxi at night when we were going to town for dinner since the roads are very dark at night. We loved every minute we were there, there was nothing we found we needed that the house didn’t have. Will definitely be back!

Amazing Villa!

Each bedroom was very nice and I liked that everyone had their own private room and bathroom! The Villa was very well appointed- there was even scuba gear! My family loved being able to snorkel off the little dock below. The outdoor lanai area was very nice and the infinity pool overlooking the bay was gorgeous! All Catered To staff were so kind, friendly and helpful!

Beautiful views with ample space to spread out!

We were a group of 10 (5 couples). The property was beautiful and everything we had hoped it would be. Location was ideal and it had a very private setting. Unfortunately, the second to last night of our stay someone had accessed the property while we were away and stole money from 2 rooms and exercise equipment from one room. This was brought to the attention of VACASA however they claim all of their keys were accounted for and no one had entered the property from their company. The house was locked everytime we left so apparently someone has a key to access the rooms. Beyond this issue we really enjoyed the property.
