The property is absolutely amazing. The outdoor living area is incredible, with ample space for a large crew and non-stop breezes blowing off the water. The kitchen is amazing, with everything you could possibly need, even for the most passionate chef/baker. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and impeccably maintained. In addition, everyone involved in the process, from booking, to check in, to daily cleaning, were wonderful an absolute pleasure. All in all, it is an amazing house and incredible staff.

Could not have asked for a better setting or for more accommodating host. The property was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. We brought 6 kids and everyone had their own room and one to spare. All were comfortable and spacious and the layout would be perfect for older kids like ours or multiple couples. Well worth every penny and we would not have changed a thing.

We needed a villa with 6 bedrooms for our group’s trip to St. John. Finisterre greatly exceeded our expectations! The pool area is fabulous! The dining room has incredible views - we could occasionally see St. Croix. And, the media room was perfect for a large group to watch the NCAA Basketball tournament. The staff, most especially Jen, our concierge, were outstanding. If you’re looking for a large villa on the island, this is it!

Easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Setting is amazing. The house is incredibly well equipped. Jennifer and Joey were there for everything and anything we needed. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at the estate. It was beautiful and spacious and even better than the pictures. It was clean and a private, quiet area. Jen was amazing and such a great help with anything we needed. She was available whenever we needed her. We appreciate all she did! We highly recommend this property!

We were on the island for carnival / July 4th and it was the perfect week! The Finnesterre was a dream! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and its location got plenty of wind, so it kept the pool from being super hot. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had ample serving dishes, utensils, spices, etc. Jen was also an excellent property manager. She provisioned for us, greeted us at the dock, and provided recommendations for boat charters, fishing charters, etc. The daily housekeeping was also very appreciated. The location isn't super "walkable" if you're wanting to be able to hike / walk around the property, but it was a short drive into town. We also drove to other parts of the island to hike and go to the beach. I can't say enough great things about this house!

Our group of 12 adults stayed at Finisterre Villa for a week. There is not one thing to change about this property or the service - everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa is incredibly spacious - big enough for each couple to have their own space - with common gathering spaces big enough to fit the whole group. The views are breathtaking, and the landscaping, decor and design is beautiful. Photos alone cannot do justice to depicting this property! Jen, Yaniris and team are incredible. Jen was a quick text away any time we had questions. She helped with grocery runs, baby gear, and so much more - making our arrival, departure and the whole stay so easy and convenient. This house is the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The owners and property manager have thought of absolutely everything - from cooking utensils and BBQ tools to Corksicles, coolers and beach towels. Pack nothing more than your bathing suit and you’ll be completely set. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This property is truly one of a kind. The property manager Jen made our trip extra special! She was beyond helpful with provisions, recommendations, last minute shopping list items and more! If you're looking for a "Next-Level" trip then book Finisterre!!!

This property and area has so much to offer its justice isn't served in photos or reviews. Jen was by far the best asset to the entire vacation. Her services, kindness, ideas, encouragement, and company was helpful and desired. She made our stay better than we imagined. The pool was wonderful and clean. The hot tub was hot and clean. Each room of the home had the perfect attention to detail that you look for when staying somewhere at this price. The view was amazing with full views of every sunrise and sunset. The daily turn down service was superb and the private chef (Vinny) and his team provided us with amazing culinary treasures each day. The massage therapist (Lori) was the best massages we'd ever had. The local beaches were everything we imagined them to be. Between snorkeling adventures, scuba diving, evenings with wine on the terrace, and the freedom in the spread out space, I'd say this was the best vacation I've ever had. Everything here was worth every ounce and then some. We will for sure be coming back soon. Thank you for making this such a great get away for us. We came home feeling as though we made new friends in an amazingly beautiful place.

Our group of 6 couples rented for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Just a short drive from Cruz Bay. The house was fantastic is every sense. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and amazing views. The dining room opens fully for an outdoor dining experience. The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for gathering. Daily housekeeping and wonderful concierge in Jen. We didn’t want to leave!

My family and I came to St. John to celebrate my 40th birthday and I couldn’t be happier! This home is amazing! We loved every inch of it! The refrigerator was fully stocked we had snacks upon arrival and the daily housekeeping was perfect! Jen is absolutely amazing! My family and I truly appreciate all the assistance she provided. And might I add she makes the best pina colada’s ever!

This place is absolutely amazing and breathtaking!!!! Can’t wait to book it again! The concierge Jen was amazing, and made our trip from start to finish seemless. She was always available but not intrusive and Such a delight and wealth of knowledge of the area to talk to. We arrived to a fully stocked home with every refrigerator loaded to try brim with drinks. The daily made service was incredible and kept the place pristine. We would book this place every time in a heartbeat! Thank you to the owners of the Finisterre for sharing your property and to Jen, the maids and Jon for all!!

Our family of 4 and their significant others stayed at Villa Finisterre, total 6 adults. We've been to St John many, many times over the past 25 years and have stayed at several beautiful villas. None of those however could compare to Finisterre. This villa is really beyond description in both it's beauty, location (point with views of the see all around you), furnishings (owner has spared no expense as all is ultra lux, from bedding to outdoor furniture to yeti coolers, etc.) and services provided(included in rate). Property manager Jennifer is not only a world class traveler and exceptionally interesting to chat with, she is fully dedicated to ensuring that your every desire is taken care of and is always genuinely pleasant. She comes every morning(very early) to ensure pool area is perfect when you awake...just in case the magnificent views are not enough:)! The team also provides daily housekeeper is also an added plus when staying in a villa of this very large size. You really can't go wrong booking this incredibly magnificent villa... We hope to return again & again!!! The Werle's
