Better than advertised! The place was clean, neat and very comfortable. The part of the advertisement that is hard to describe in words is the peace that this place brings. It was actually a coin toss whether we would stay at the home and sit by the pool all day or go to the beach. When you are competing with the best beaches in the world, this is quite the statement! The privacy and peace that this home brings is priceless. The host was always available and responsive. As this was the first time to the island, our intent was to look at other options while we were there for next time. Didn't even bother with that. Perfectly content. Its not a matter of if but rather when we will be back! Thanks to everyone from the host to the cleaners for the GREAT experience!

This was a lovely place to stay on St. John! Great location close to town, beautiful view, pool and outdoor shower are wonderful. Felt very safe there. Bed is comfortable but sheets slept hot. We had water pressure issues while we were there, but think it was due to one tank running low - it switched to another the morning we checked out and seemed normal. Overall would recommend!!

Absolutely stunning property - the views, the clean and comfortable space, the privacy, and amenities were all perfect. Our flight home ended up getting cancelled and the host was so gracious in accommodating us. We would give this place 6/5 stars if we could!

Just like Living in Paradise!

St. John Paradise Found Villa with PoolWhen you arrive on the ferry at Cruz Bay, you are less than :10 from discovering paradise! From the moment you ascend the last part of the hill on Serendip Road and turn left into the stone driveway, you know something special is waiting!Paradise Found Villa is a stunning single bedroom design with a gourmet eat-in kitchen (Wolf 6-burner gas stovetop and oven), marble jacuzzi tub/open shower, spacious closet and den with a 60” flat screen and sleeper sofa!The best part of the villa is the double outdoor shower and saltwater dipping pool/waterfall. Every morning you can sit out on the stone pool deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. When you come home from a day at the beaches, you can plunge into the cold pool with a Painkiller and watch the sun set!Hannah, the property manager is very attentive to your needs and can answer any questions and supply you with dining and sightseeing suggestions…Staying here for 8 days made us not want to go home, because we were living in paradise!I suggest you do the same!Terrence and MCAugust 2025

The place was very nice with a spacious patio. The pool was clean and they provided all the amenities you need, also had beach towels and two beach chairs that you are welcome to use for going to the beach. We had a little bit of bad weather from hurricane Erin’s outer bands that made a bit of a mess on the patio but the very next morning a gentlemen was at our door ready to tidy everything up for us! Very appreciative of their hospitality and the fact that they showed up ready to take care of anything that was needed before we even had a chance to email them was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet and private getaway with some great views! Five star property and service in our opinion!!

The best anniversary stay

Wonderful place, amazing views, we had everything we needed and were within 10minutes of town. Will say, roads are steep. You need a sturdy vehicle. But worth the climb no doubt! We will be back!

Paradise found!

Absolutely perfect 10/10 place for us to celebrate our anniversary! The villa setting has stunning views of the water with a huge patio to enjoy a meal outside, a dip in the pool or relaxing on the lounge chairs. We had everything we needed and couldn’t imagine a better place for us on this vacation to St. John!

Disappointingly Oversold

We were very excited to arrive at this property only to found that we felt it was oversold. I guess the property is sold on the view, which was spectacular but that was about it.The host asked us if it would be ok to have the deck furniture replaced (which it needed) on our first full day at the property. My understanding was that they were going to drop it off so we left the premises only to find they were still there building the furniture so the pool/deck wasn't available that afternoon.The cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and some didn't close. If we left any food out in the kitchen for more than a minute it was covered with ants. The bathroom and bedroom both needed a deep cleaning.When we were able to sit out on the pool deck in the evening the neighborhood was very loud with loud music through the night. We were only there a few days however this certainly for us.

A great place to stay!

We absolutely loved the views this property provided. The private pool and outdoor pool shower were wonderful. Being high on the hill overlooking the island was fantastic. The interior was well cleaned and updated as well. Thanks to Hannah for her wonderful hospitality. She was great with recommendations as well.

Amazing stay!

We spent 4 nights at Paradise Found, and it was perfect! Not only was the place exactly as described in the listing, it was comfortable, private, easy to find and close to everything. The little touches were great - towels for beach and pool, smart TV with access - and had us looking forward to coming back to relax after a day on the beach. The restaurants that Hannah recommended were delicious - we tried Tap & Still, La Tapa, Morgan's Mango and the STJ Speakeasy. So good! Definitely a place we'd come back to again and again!

beautiful property - wish communication was better

Property is beautiful. Directions to find it were perfect. The views from the patio are gorgeous. The furnishings and layout are well-done.It’s in a very hilly area. I walk a lot at home and didn’t walk here due to the quantity and steepness of the hills. You will want a rental car here. It's not far from town, but roads are too steep and no wide shoulder to regularly walk into town. The villa is large and clean and worked well for us. Great off-street parking. No washer/dryer here. A few other things of note:--WiFi was not reliable. It often dropped. Host provided Netflix but it was unusable due to continual WiFi issues. --Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. --Host provided a large cooler, beach towels and pool towels. We were very thankful for those items!--Patio gets direct sun and no shade in the afternoon/evening making it difficult to enjoy the space that time of day. Morning has plenty of shade on the patio. --Host didn’t respond for 11 hours to messages. She did work out the issues we reported, but the communication delay was frustrating.

We enjoyed every aspect of Paradise Found. From the beautiful views to the amazing pool/deck. It was everything we hoped forWe were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit as well. Place was as advertised. Beautiful views from the deck. Great location. Wifi goes in and out. So if you need to keep up to date with the real world it can be frustrating. The upside is you are not on your phone. The freezer died during our stay and Hannah was quick to respond. Offered to reimburse us for loss goods. Only loss, no ice for our drinks the last 2 days. Would definitely be back. Thanks for having us!
