Great location! Close to the ferry and restaurants. The amenities were nice with everything you need. The kitchenette and electric grill was convenient to save a little money on food. It was nice having the washer/dryer to clean clothes and towels. The balcony had a great view, and the air conditioning was perfect. Highly recommend!

Grand Bay is the best location, convenient to ferry dock, shuttles , shopping and restaurants. This unit has quality furniture and amenities, sheets that actually stay on the bed corners for the whole week. All the beach supplies you could need too!

Location is outstanding! Less than 5 minutes to Cruz Bay. Suite is as clean and mostly as advertised. We found the bed a little too soft and woke up daily with sore backs. We could not use the safe as someone must have locked it previously with safe door open so it was open but locked with someone’s code. Parking spaces are very tight due to garage support pillar placement.

There was a big community event in town went on for three nights until 3am. Be careful booking in march… or bring ear plugs. Ps not owners fault obviously! Otherwise place was great!

Excellent stay!

Island Therapy proved to be a great choice for our first visit to St. John. The unit was very clean, organized, and had an excellent view overlooking Cruz Bay. William was very informative and helpful throughout the reservation process.

Great place to stay

The studio had everything we needed and was very clean. The extra beach accessories were very much appreciated. The view is amazing and the location to town was extremely helpful. The only thing I wish it had was a bit larger refrigerator. Thank you for providing a great place to relax and unwind.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Island Therapy ! The host, William, was exceptional – he maintained great communication throughout the process and even went above and beyond to plan a special surprise for us, which made the experience even more memorable. The property itself was fantastic, offering a beautiful view and a perfect location right by the town, making it easy to explore. It was a comfortable and well-maintained space, and I truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Amazing property/owner

We LOVED our stay at Island Therapy! The property was beautiful and the view was amazing! William was great. He checked in prior to travels and had open communication during our stay. Tropical Storm Ernesto caused us to miss our first night and William was willing to accommodate! He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I have already recommended the property to one of my friends!

Great Condo and Location

This is our second stay at grand Bay and we love this condo just as much as a previous visit. Owner had everything we needed and has a great PDF of info all about staying on St. John. We will definitely come back to this unit when available for our stays in the future.

Excellent Condo

Great location. Condo was very clean and newly painted and decorated. Nicely appointed with all utensils, pots, pans and glasses/mugs. There is a hot plate which was very useful for small cooking. We were extremely happy with this condo and highly recommend it.

Unfortunate experience

We had a very unfortunate experience in this unit it started at check in and continued for the duration of our stay. 1) Room was not easily accessible, and we had to go get management to help get us access to the room due to housekeeping issue. 2) Room was 88 degrees when we arrived, housekeeping left the sliding glass door open. 3) There is NO ON-SITE PARKING most units in this facility have a designated parking spot, it wasn't mentioned in the VRBO listing, we canceled our Jeep that we had reserved. 4) We were woken up (3) days before 7:30am to the sound of HEAVY CONSTRUTION from the unit directly above the condo. Hammering, sawing, demolition hammers, etc. The owners offered no compensation. The view is spectacular, and the location is amazing, but we will not be staying with them in the future.

June 2023@ Island Therapy

Our 10 night stay at Island Therapy was nice for the three of us. The location on Grand Bay is doable without a jeep rental. It is quite a walk/ with stairs& 2 elevator trips to get to condo so make sure the elevator is working in the unit. There are My 12 yr old son stayed on the pull out couch which I wouldn’t recommend for an adult due to the thin mattress that you can feel the bar through. When we arrived the bath towels had a horrible smell and we had to re wash the towels before using since that was not done. The A/C air filter needs changed and struggles to maintain at 77 degrees with all curtains closed. The owner was very responsive to our call to get new pillows for us , new hairdryer,and when the microwave broke he replaced within 4 hours. The privacy on balcony was nice and view was wonderful. We brought binoculars to watch the boats coming and going. The washer and dryer are nice to have. We cooked a lot at condo and do know that there is no oven, so improvised with the rival skillet provided. Kitchen amenities are nice. Shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash built in are provided. Overall we had a great time and I would rent again from island therapy.
