This property was amazing! It had everything we could possibly need for our vacation, and you absolutely cannot beat the views. The staff were extremely helpful, and their communication was excellent. We would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

The communication with the host and management is nearly non existent. We saw the manager the day we arrived who helped us to get out luggage stored while our unit was being cleaned which we appreciated!! The time the unit was going to be ready kept moving. While we were early, the manager led us to believe we would be in before the normal check in time but that didn't happen. Additionally I think the host came by and said hello and promised to leave me a contact number. After not receiving it, I reminded the manager I had not received the phone number. I never received it. The number in the vrbo listing went unanswered and the manager's phone went unanswered and the voice mails left were never returned. This is a LOVELY condo but the price was not low so the unresponsiveness of the host and manager was unacceptable.The only other time we saw the manager was the morning we checked out and she clarified the questions we had on the check out process that were unclear.Also this condo is waterfront but there is no beach and the waterway in front is used by the twice hourly car ferries. They are not loud but just know that is occuring off the balcony.The location is very convenient to the downtown area... 10 to 12 minute walk depending on where you are going.

Amenities incl cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, grill, gorgeous pool etc…..The walk to Cruz bay is very doable. It is a gorgeous property and is very well outfitted. The only reason we would hesitate returning is that there is a generator on the road close by that is on a large portion of the time. Due to that noice, we did not eat outside as often as we might have and we did not open the door to the deck at night for the same reason.

Paradise

Great property & hosts communicated well and responded very quickly. You can listen to the waves crashing from your deck and the pool. Unit was perfect for our family and had all the amenities covered. Only complaint would be the road to the property but wouldn’t deter use from staying there again. Thanks for a great week!

Vacation haven

The condo was perfect. Away from town for peace and quiet yet closeEnough to walk .we went with another couple and had plenty of space with 2 beautiful master bedrooms. It had everything we needed- all kitchen necessities… coolers, beach chairs… robes, towels, washer & dryer ( detergent). Dior was very responsive if we had questions or needed anything. Dior provided suggestions for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.

Perfect

Dior made our trip as perfect as any trip we’ve ever had. I called the property directly and she booked our restaurants and 2 day trips, rental car and picked up provisions for us. Can’t say enough about her. The property is very well maintained . It was nice to be able to walk into town and save on taxi money. St John is wonderful!!

Exceptional Property

Quiet location overlooking the bay. The lodging has large rooms and a porch with a table and chairs. Furnishings, appliances, and fixtures are high quality and in good condition. The kitchen is well-appointed. Inside and outside areas are clean and tidy. Cruz Bay restaurants and shops are within a 15-20 minute walk, if one wishes to avoid the parking challenges in the town. We felt safe and pampered during our stay.

Beautiful Villa close to Everything

Sea Shore Allure is a beautiful waterfront villa which is walking distance to restaurants and markets in Cruz Bay. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays here and it did not disappoint. The villa was the most well stocked with essentials of any place we have ever stayed. The property (including the pool) were meticulously maintained. The managers were very helpful. We hope to return in the near future.

Just what we needed!

Seashore Allure was just what we were looking for and went beyond our expectations! All the amenities we needed or wanted- from the pool, lounge chairs, outdoor seating with grill use, to the separate hot tub. We used the beach chairs & cooler provided as well as took some snorkel gear to the beach with us one day. Easy walk to the restaurants & Mongoose Junction. Maybe hard to find the sound of those waves crashing along the rocks anywhere else…. We look forward to returning to this perfect spot!

Perfect get away

The owner, management and maintenance are all top notch here. This private get away is perfect for staying on property and grilling are going for a 11 minute walk to the middle of Cruz Bay for a meal. We go to St. John for one week a year and this is the first time we have stayed at this location. We will never stay anywhere else again. Lee who is on the property is over the top helpful. If you choose to stay here you are making a great choice.

Seashore Allure - A luxurious spa condo.

Seashore Allure is an exquisitely appointed, high end, luxury condominium. From the very sophisticated furnishings to the expensive appliances in the kitchen, everything has been selected for your comfort with the utmost attention to detail. The sounds of the surf crashing and the beautiful scenery from the balcony is amazing. The host and the staff are responsive and there for whatever you need. We will return.

Beautiful property with a few minor inconveniences.

The road leading to the property needs a lot of work. We had water leaking into our unit from the unit above, which was never fixed while we were there. We also had issues with water pressure and hot water for showers.

Lovely stay in St. John

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Never felt too crowded; we had the hot tub to ourselves when we wanted to use it. The A/C and Wi-fi worked great. It was just close enough to Cruz Bay that you could walk it if you want, but I'd recommend a car for full freedom to explore the island. The owners also work directly with a car rental agency and can get you set up with a 4WD Jeep. Clean and comfy - would look to stay here again if we return.

The place was awesome. Very well kept, spacious, and beautiful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic facility with all the gear to enhance the vacation, including beach and snorkel gear, outdoor kitchen and pool lounge area overlooking an outstanding view. Centrally located to city center and action - walkable. Had an internet issue but was workable. Would definitely return to this beautiful facility on this beautiful island.

Island Paradise

Sea Shore Allure has everything you will want or need while staying in this island paradise. It is located in close proximity to all of the fabulous beaches on the island as well as close to the downtown shops and restaurants. The property is very clean and well maintained. The photos and description in the listing are spot on....in fact it is better in person (if that is possible). I would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you Sea Shore Allure for making our vacation one to remember.

Amazing condo!

We arrived and were greeted by Delbert! He showed around the luxurious condo. We visited St. John for my daughters graduation/18th birthday! Bridget was so helpful in planning our excursions and dinners. It was definitely worth every penny we spent. This condo will not disappoint! Delbert, you did a great job!
