Great Villa on a quiet area of the island. Villa was beautiful and a good set up for the 6 of us. Kitchen amenities could use some upgrades.

Fantastic Week and Beautiful Home

The house was fantastic for our group of 8. Great rooms and beds, wonderful views, great lap pool, nice to have personal bathrooms for each bedroom. Kitchen was beautiful. Could use a few more cooking utensils, silverware, bowls, and platters for doing meals for 8 at home but we managed. The grill was too small and is too little to functionally make dinner for the size of group for house. If you were two people fine but we were group of. 8. Tommy the property manager was very responsive. We had issues with water pressure a couple of times but he was there in moments and had it fixed. Overall great week in St. John and wonderful house close to town but also quiet enough to feel away.

Pre Wedding Trip

We had a great stay at LBC, a beautiful home, clean, and comfortable. All 4 couples enjoyed the space and privacy of their own luxury suite. The pool/deck area was awesome. Best of all, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets with a few cocktails from the crows nest deck each night. Awesome place!

Lovely

Beautiful home, pool and views! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating breakfast on the patio listening to the fountain. Such a lovely, comfortable interior and upscale amenities. We gathered each night and watched movies, and loved reading the books about St. John. Morning coffee on the balcony, evening drinks and sunset in the lookout. Large soaking tub for relaxation. Location is great for groceries. Street and neighboring residences are very nice- home is not gated. Each guest bedroom is in own unit, the lower unit has a strong earthy smell and needs ventilation, stronger dehumidifier and an air purifier. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Las Brisas.

Beautiful home with lots of space and separation

We rented this home BECAUSE it is for sale and we are looking for property. The home is beautiful and the location to town and grocery is great. The bedrooms are all large and the furnishings comfortable. The house manager Tommy is great and responsive. We were hearing more than normal air coming from the plumbing and contacted him. He came immediately and checked the cisterns and switched them over. The pool is very private because of all the grown in vegetation. Because if the growth and the position on the island there is no view from the pool level. The views from the main floor level are peek-a-boo shots of the water, few and far between. The views from the upper level bedrooms is better, but the crows nest view is AMAZING! Sunsets here are a must. The huge downside to this property, due to no fault of the owners, is the huge monstrosity of construction going on less than 100 yards in front of the property. Beginning some mornings as early as 6.40am, there were jackhammers, bull dozers raking and loading the broken rocks into dump trucks and the trucks pulling in and out. The noise was constant until about 5pm. So unless you plan on leaving every day but Sunday, and being out all day, it is headache inducing. The conversations, sight instructions, and music that goes on with a construction sight was also loud. I feel for the owners with this issue. Before you rent this porperty, check with the reviews of this property and others near it, to see if the construction is done. But the house is beautiful.

Holidays in paradise ✨️

We had a fun-filled week at Las Brisas over the holidays this year. Tommy met us at the dock and led the way to our villa then showed us around the property. Photos of this property are a perfect representation of what we found. Main building is spacious and comfortable for our party of 6. All bedrooms are a short walk outside. Grounds are immaculate and lush and feature crabs, lizards and a very friendly iguana! My only minus is that you can't see the water from the pool deck or patio because the vegetation is so prolific. A trip up to the crow's nest gives you a great view of sunset, however, and we spent many evenings up there. Villa is a convenient 10-15 minute drive to Cruz Bay. Overall, had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa as a great getaway for groups and families with older children.

Making Memories

FINALLY getting to travel again and making our first family vacation to St. John was simply AMAZING!!! We are a group of 8 adults and 1 5 year old and the house was just perfect for hanging out, cooking together, playing games as night and watching an amazing sunset every evening. We did have problems daily with no water, no gas, no propane and sewer backups/smells. Not sure what or where the problems stemmed from BUT the management was very responsive and took care of everything everytime. The drive to town was only about 10 minutes and a grocery store very well stocked only 5 minutes away. The house had everything we could want for.and was very clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked amazing!!!! We will be back!!!

Awesome 25th wedding anniversary

The separate rooms were awesome, and the pool was a refreshing break from the beach. The view was impeccable. We had and amazing time. Property manager and concierge were also amazing.

Perfect Family Getaway

The photos tell the story. Beautiful property, comfortable and close to town. Coffee each morning in the great room was a delight. Well managed with easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

We have rented homes on St. John for over 20 years and this one is our favorite….the house is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The landscaping is gorgeous.. Our property manager Tommy was very efficient answering our questions quickly. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful place in Paradise

Every detail including a beautifully equipped kitchen and separated guest cottages provided an amazing stay for our adult family. The views were incredible and the responsiveness of the management company was superb! Be prepared to drive a bit out of Cruz bay through some winding roads. It’s worth it!

The most perfect villa for sun, fun, and sunset views

A group of 8 of us (family and friends) stayed there over the 2020 Christmas holiday for 8 nights. I could not recommend this villa more. Robert referred us to a concierge who stocked the fridge for us beforehand and who we used to book a day of sailing / snorkeling. Upon arrival, we were met by the property manager, Tommy, who gave us a tour and overview of the villa. Tommy was incredibly welcoming and responsive during the whole trip. The villa is absolutely beautiful. There are 3 separate buildings so everyone had their privacy if they wanted. The views are unbelievable - we loved the Crows Nest at the top and it was a bonus this villa is situated on the sunset side of St. John. Every night was filled with happy hour drinks and food overlooking the beautiful sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you could need - with COVID we were trying to be cautious and only ate out once. The pool is was great to cool off, especially since the yard gets a lot of sun during the day! Great for tanning, and if you don't want to tan there are plenty of places with shade. It is perfect for everyone. Great set up and amazing vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - no one wanted to leave!
