What a perfect place to spend a week! The porch and the pool were wonderful! The kitchen was well-stocked. The fence and gate surrounding the property kept the goats and donkeys away. It was just as pictured. Outstanding view!

The villa was absolutely perfect for our stay! Plenty of room for all 4 of us, the outdoor shower was heavenly, as were the views of Coral Bay and the pool. I have already recommended La Bella Villa to several friends wanting to visit St. John, and we will absolutely choose it again for our future stays!

What a beautiful property! The house and view were both amazing. It was also great they had chairs, towels, and coolers you can use for day trips. It’s really close to a market/grocery store and some restaurants. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with easy access

This is a quintessential St John home with lovely stonework, beautiful teak trim and screen doors for the cross breeze and a great pool area. It would be perfect for a small family - there are two bedrooms, the primary en-suite and a second with separate bathroom (and an outdoor shower, which is fabulous). The pool area has very accommodating and comfortable seating both in sun and shade and a table for meals. There is a second table on the covered porch facing Coral Bay. Unfortunately the shrubbery was a bit high but it was a lovely view. This is a gated home which keeps out the goats. The driveway has a short steep section but the parking area is large enough that you can easily turn the jeep around, which is great. The location of this house provided quick access to Coral Bay restaurants and also the North Shore beaches.

Wonderful!

What a beautiful place! We really enjoyed the large covered deck for our morning coffee. The open air breeze with the front door and the deck doors was a treat and really made us feel like we were in the tropics! The beach amenities were really helpful.

Jaw-dropping views in paradise

This special property exceeded our expectations in quiet and private Coral Bay. This was our 5th trip (and our first with kids) to St. John, and we picked this property for its location and the pool. The views are gorgeous and so enjoyable from an expansive deck surrounded by sublime landscaping. The house itself is beautiful with its traditional masonry, high ceilings, lots of fans and plenty of outdoor space. It is decorated with a traditional island touch that makes it feel especially tropical. The furniture is all good quality, except the living room chairs/couches could use a refresh. We really enjoyed the multiple doors with screens that could all be opened for a cross-breeze in the central area - which was necessary since there is no AC outside of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has the perfect views for each morning sunrise. The kitchen is nicely appointed with modern appliances. The outdoor shower was a nice treat and lovely (but please note, there is only one indoor en-suite shower) All the dining tables are located outside on the respective decks. The house itself is located quite close to Coral Bay proper and is a quick drive to the cafe, food market and other local Coral Bay haunts. We loved the pool (and the stars at night), the views, the visiting birds and little lizards (the kids had an absolute blast) and we loved staying here. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Relaxation in Paradise

Donkeys,Deer,Iguana,Snorkeling and private pool with a view...what more could you ask for. Pulling up to a private gated Villa is exactly what you need to make you feel at home and at peace when you get away and go to somewhere you have never been. This Villa has everything you need to enjoy a vacation on the USVI. This Villa is closer to Coral bay even more peaceful than Cruz which is exactly what we wanted. This Villa is a beautiful tribute to the architectural of the island you will not be disappointed in the Villa, the property management and host.

Wonderful stay at La Bella Villa

3rd trip

This was our 3rd trip to St John and our first time at La Bella Villa. This is our favorite villa! We loved the doors to the balcony, the beautiful views, and great pool! It had everything we needed and very comfortable. Koorine was great and we had no issues at all- hope to be back sooner than later!!!

Book this place

My wife and I spent two weeks at this lovely house and wanted to cry on the last day. If you haven’t been to ST. JOHN you need to go. This house is in the perfect spot if you want peace and quiet with a wonderful view. The house has everything you need and the owner was a joy to work with. This is definitely one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed at.

Great views and pool for a perfect vacation.

The villa is close to the grocery and restaurants in Coral Bay, on the quiet side of St John. The spacious porch and pool deck are wonderful for relaxing in the tropical breezes. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and eat in. The driveway access is easy and the location is within easy driving to the North Shore beaches. It’s the perfect place to enjoy paradise!

Beautiful space

This villa was beautiful in every way. Super clean and comfortable. The outdoor shower, ocean view, and pool were just lovely! Full disclosure: There are annoying nocturnal tree frogs called Coqui frogs that are extremely loud making it difficult to sleep unless you are a deep sleeper. Even a sound machine did not help us. Trying to sleep during day (once frog went to sleep) was also difficult because no shades on windows to block out light. The property description did mention no central air in the living room. I thought it wouldn’t be so bad, but it got extremely hot in that shared space and mosquitoes entered somehow regardless of doors and windows being closed. More shade options in pool area could’ve been appreciated as well. Overall, the space was lovely….just needed a few tweaks to make it more enjoyable- free of noise, bright morning light, and indoor mosquitoes.

St. John in January

The house is very clean with beautiful views. This was my first time in St. John and I didn't realize how great the location of the villa was for a couple of days until after I had more time to explore. Sarah was amazing to communicate with. For me, there was a learning curve to St. John for a first time visit. If I go back, I would stay at Bella Vista again!

Perfect spot for our St. John vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views are amazing and the location is fantastic. We found it close enough to Coral Bay to get food and groceries (a quick 5 minute drive), yet tucked away on the hill and very private. The pool was amazing and just what we needed in the afternoons. Communication was great, including suggestions for activities, restaurants, car rentals, etc. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this beautiful property for your St. John vacation.

Great clean house with amazing pool and views

The house is very clean with two air condition very comfortable bedrooms. The views offer from the pool and back porch were stellar. The house comes stock with everything that you may need. The drive to Coral Bay can be a bit challenging, especially at night, but totally doable. Highly recommend. The owner was extremely responsive and even sent us a little calendar ahead of our trip.

Beautiful house in paradise island!

This was my first time in St. John, but won’t be the last. The house is beautiful and the location provides breathtaking views. The large breezy decks, the pool and the comfort of the AC made it for a great experience. The beaches are stunning. We swam with a stingray!! The property is remote and a car is a must. I decided to use a taxi daily instead of driving myself and it was a great decision. Thank you for sharing this beauty with us!

Really nice house, very "Caribbean" feel. We spent all our time on the deck and at the pool. Hosts were very helpful and communicative. This is on the quieter Coral Bay side of the island. Very steep driveway! (like all the roads on St John). Good access to all the St John attractions.
