Perfect location to walk to Cruz Bay for meals, happy hour, shopping. Jeep available with rental and assigned parking made it easy to visit all beaches and hiking trails. Comfortable bed, well-kitted kitchen, great views from balcony overlooking Cruz Bay.

Really enjoyed our week long stay. Great location, easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Just as pictured, clean, well stocked and comfortable- great view of the bay. Parking spot is a plus and very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on a return trip- thank you!

My wife and I stayed here with our 8 year old. This unit at Grande Bay was everything we expected. Very clean, well appointed, and responsive management. Great views from the balcony where we enjoyed takeout a couple nights. Unit had beach chairs and coolers, even a small grill on the balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything would need to make a meal. Convenient location with assigned parking spot, which is huge in Cruz Bay. Great pool area with awesome views of the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING STAY!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grande Bay Resort. The place had everything we needed. Communication with the owner and the property manager was perfect. The ability to rent the jeep directly through the property was so convenient and allowed us to get around the island to the beaches. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Wonderful stay & even though Carnaval was going on the villa was in the perfect location, close but not too close to be kept awake at night. Loved having a dedicated parking spot close to the elevator, access to the ice machine was a plus & all the beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc was another bonus. We will definitely be back. Super clean & well equipped with everything you need.

Excellent location. Sunswept had everything we needed to enjoy our St John vacation. The condo was well stocked. All appliances worked well. Property manager was available by text and helpful. The parking space provided was a good location. The beach storage closet in parking garage was very helpful. We so enjoy being able to walk to dinner from grande bay.

Great location

The place was great and the location was even better! The only negative I can say is the elevator was not working and another person told be it had been out for a long time and the year prior. 5 floors is a lot to carry baggage. Other than that, we had a terrific stay!

Best Girl’s Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo . Location is amazing - a short walk to town. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, watching the boats and listening to the music from the Beach Bar . The pool and hot tub are great after a long day at the beach . This unit was stocked with everything we needed - towels, toiletries , beach chairs and coolers . Management was super responsive . We would love to stay here again !

This property was conveniently located and walkable from the Cruz Bay ferry. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The jeep was delivered to our parking space which was a great perk of renting this condo. St John is amazing and we will be back

Perfect little place right in Cruz Bay

This location is key! It is right next to all the action in Cruz Bay yet tucked away enough that you still have quiet and privacy. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay not even five minutes away which made it really perfect for happy hour. The one bedroom condos come with a designated parking space so if you rent a keep you never have to worry about a space in town. The condo was perfect for us had everything we could need ! We loved having the kitchen and the washer and dryer came in handy. Beds are so comfy ! The owners really have considered everything a visitor could need. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable but who is really hangout on a couch when you have all St John beaches to visit! The view from the balcony is outstanding and we often just sat out there in the morning watching the sun rise and boats coming in and out of the harbor. The condo was pristine and would definitely stay here again!
