Unit was very clean. View from the front balcony was beautiful. Kitchen had basics for cooking. The balcony also had a small electric grill we used to make burgers and steaks. Location was very convenient to the restaurants & bars in Cruz Bay. Would stay again.

The Grande Bay condo had absolutely beautiful views. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck. The unit was clean and conveniently located within walking distance to nearby restaurants—truly a perfect location.If you plan to rent a car, be sure to back into the parking space, as parking is quite tight. If you’re not used to driving a Jeep or a truck, there can be a bit of a learning curve. That said, we were extremely happy we rented a car and appreciated that the unit included a designated parking space.Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

This condo was wonderful! Perfect location to everything to do in Cruz Bay. We did not rent a jeep and used the public taxis for the entire stay and it was so easy! Great restaurants nearby and fun music. We only bought a handful of food items on arrival but the condo is set up really well in the kitchen where you could cook pretty much anything. For all of you who travel lite like us with only carry on’s: fantastic shower amenities (hair/soap etc). The view every morning with coffee from the balcony watching the harbor come “alive” was one our favorite things. We would 100% rent this place again! Thanks for renting to us!

1st time to STJ

This was our first time to STJ and we had a lot to learn, but our condo was not one of them. The crew with St. John Villas was constantly in touch with us and answered any questions we had. The condo was extremely clean and the location, overlooking Cruz Bay, was within walking distance to just about everything. Definitely recommend!!

Overall, it was a great stay. The pullout mattress was nonexistent, but the concierge did say they were had one on order. The master king bed was so comfortable!! One small recommendation is to change the lightbulbs out. They were just very very fluorescent. Maybe replace a couple of the pans. Loved our stay overall and would stay there again!

Great spring break 2025

This was our third trip to St. John and third stay at Grande Bay, always a different unit but never disappoints. Units are always good and resort staff is super helpful. Location is great for walking to Cruz Bay for shopping or meals. Good food at Provisions and 1864. We are sad to leave.

Great Location and View

We had a wonderful stay at Grande Bay. The location was so convenient to restaurants, the ferry terminal, coffee shops, the dive shop, and jeep rental. We really appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use as well as the washer and dryer. The unit was lovely and very clean. We really enjoyed overlooking Cruz Bay and watching the boats coming and going.

Very nice Condo - very soft bed!

Very nice condo, great location, nice view. Clean, well appointed. Appreciated multiple beach chairs. Communication with Owner and Management was good. Elevator between office to garage was out, resulting in two flights of stairs. Office did provide nice man to help with bags going up. Air conditioning unit had a dripping leak upon arrival, after maintenance “fixed” it twice, it was markedly worse, we were putting down towels twice a day for several days. Management hired outside vendor, who fixed it, so shouldn’t be an issue for future guests (elevator also in the process of getting fixed).Would highly recommend the unit, provided you like or don’t mind a very soft bed (or if owner replaces). Wife and I would literally have trouble getting out of bed in the morning as there was so little support from the mattress. At night, we would find ourselves next to each other in the center, again because the middle of the bed was so much lower than the sides due to lack of support.

Beautiful stay

Everything was perfect, great views and accommodations, walking distance to everything. No vehicle required. I was able to get around with a broken foot and scooter just fine. Elevator was out of service a couple days. The steps were a major challenge, but we managed.

St. John delight

This property could not be better. The location is perfect right on Cruz Bay. On arrival it is an easy walk from where the ferry drops you off. All restaurants in the Cruz bay area are an easy walk. Also the central taxi location also an easy walk but if you want a Jeep for part of your stay several Jeep rental companies are an easy walk too. Love that the unit has a parking spot as parking. Another great thing about this property it there is a front desk. This makes it easy to check in and get the key cards no worries if a host doesn't answer a text the staff is always there.

Great place, great location

We had a great time in St. John and a pleasant stay here at the Grande Bay Resort. Property was as advertised - clean, roomy, and well equipped (coffee maker, beach chairs, etc). The resort had a nice pool and hot tub with a great view, which we used often. The balcony of our unit had an awesome view of Cruz Bay that we enjoyed every morning over coffee. The location of the resort was legit and steps away from the Cruz Bay restaurants, bars, and live music (not taking a taxii all the time was convenient). Communication with property manager was perfect. Will stay here again.
