The "Paradise Studio" room was clean, and basic. It was at the end corner of the building which allowed for a good view from 2 angles. It had what I needed for cooking and cleaning. The AC worked but there were no fans for when I chose to turn the AC off during cooler times of the morning and evening, with the windows open. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated but that was a personal perception. The communication was very good and directions were clear, and check-in was easy. The room is adequate. The view of the bay was nice and the outside table at the corner of the deck was enjoyable to sit for breakfast. There is also a table inside the room. This was my third stay at a rental/condo at USVI. Compared to the others the price was similar but a smaller space with less amenities. There was nothing wrong with this space, and I would have given it a 4.5 if that rating was available.

The property was amazing. We were high up and got to see the surrounding area. Absolutely breathtaking. There’s a little book and it has a lot of fun facts about the surrounding areas and your local taxis that know where the properties at for my wife’s 30th birthday was fantastic

Overall okay experience, a little older but good for basic necessities. The address given in the info does not match the actual address. Haven’t had any communication with host prior to checkout. Other properties have sent messages upon checkout to confirm everything went well.

Long weekend trip

Awesome studio home that had everything we needed. Hannah was an amazing host and communicated very well. The view was so nice, and we enjoyed that it was close to Cruz Bay and within a 20 minute drive of all the beautiful beaches on the north!

Beautiful views

We had a very nice stay at Hannah's place. Great communication with directions to the house. Easy to find after you have been there once. The use of beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler was a nice addition. There are chairs to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. The A/C works well and the kitchen has supplies if you choose to cook. Recommend getting a car as the roads are narrow and there are no sidewalks.

Great view

Overall our stay was good. The views from the deck are great, we saw some beautiful sunsets! We had some issues with parking as there seemed to be more units than parking spaces. Hopefully the third parking spot in the road has been addressed with the neighbor. Maybe signage could be added indicating who is authorized to park in the spot on the street.

Nice cottage

The cottage was very nice and clean. Just as pictured on the website. Hannah was responsive. The location is a little difficult because it is off the beaten path and if you don't have a car, it can be difficult to get around.

2 nights in paradise

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 2 nights before checking in to a house with friends. The studio was peefect! Fabulous views, extremely clean, comfortable bed. Would definitely say again! Would suggest having a vehicle.

2 week stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit and it was great. The location is minutes from town and the views were beautiful. We could watch the car barge in the morning, sunset later, and cruise ships passing by after dark.

Better than expected

There’s a small dining table with two chairs indoors in addition to the outdoors table set, as well as more outdoor seating that’s not shown in the listing. A/C very effective and quiet. Shower water pressure big. Beautiful sunset view from deck.

Fantastic stay!!

The place was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed and location couldn’t have been better. We were very close to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beaches. Hannah was always available if we had questions. We were stuck there in a tropical storm and the owner George went above and beyond to help us out. Frequent power outages are a problem in St. John, however we had a generator, so cold air conditioning and running water was always ours. We will definitely be back!. Perfect for 2

This is exactly as advertised and close to Cruz Bay (about a 5min drive). It's clean, and has everything you need for the "on the go" travelers like we are.... comfortable bed, good shower, and cold A/C. We'd stay here again.

Perfect Retreat from the Northeast Spring

Cute, fun place, great views, plenty of amenities. I had a rental vehicle which made this an easy place to get to. Great spot and will definitely return in the future. Loved It.
