The owners of the home have exceptional attention to detail. They have thought of everything. My family loved the pod-like structure of the home that maximized the outdoor space and stunning views. The owners live next door and can answer questions quickly. Our jeep’s battery died early one morning, and they helped facilitate a jump from a nearby neighbor quickly. We plan to return next year!

The sunset view was epic. Spectacular outdoor spaces. Just what you want from a tropical getaway. Only a couple of miles to Cruz bay. You should rent a jeep to see the full island. The hosts are great.

From the moment we booked Kevin and Danielle were so incredibly helpful. We were provided with so many helpful references for travel to the island, rental cars and instructions once arriving. Kevin met us at the house and gave us the perfect walk through. There are so many small touches that made the week extra special. He was always available when we had questions, came to heat the pool for the kids and even brought them fresh coconuts and showed them how to drink from them. They have really turned Coconuts into a dream vacation spot. The sunsets cannot be beat from this location. Absolute perfection.

Great place to stay! Kevin and Danielle are so friendly and helpful and the house is very well supplied for guests. Our companions have been to St. John multiple times and said this was their favorite place they have stayed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing villa!

Great villa, impeccably appointed and the pictures don’t show the incredible beauty! The hosts are attentive and responsive. The small details make it more special- spice selection, jugs of water to clean sand, thermapen for foodies, shopvac to help avoid rental car cleaning fees. Look no further. This is the vacation home you are looking for.

Spectacular.View

Villa was just like described. Had all needed amenities plus great extras. Our adult kids loved the pool table, hot tub and pool. Out door space was awesome! We loved that we were all together yet with the layout of the home it also felt very private in our own space. Would not hesitate to return to this gem

Amazing Vaca Home

Coconuts view of St.Thomas and the sunsets were bar none! All of the ammenities like the warm sparkling pool, the outdoor grill/patio, hot tub , telescope, hammock, and patio table for playing cards under the stars were used every single day!!! Awesome people who own this as well...quick responses and friendly....I will definitely come back!

Our stay at Coconuts was awesome. We had 3 couples on our trip. Each of us had our own spaces. The kitchen was a separate space. That allowed our early risers to not bother anyone else. Danielle met us on our arrival. She did a great job of welcoming us and giving us a tour of the house. The house was perfect. Great outdoor spaces and the view was spectacular. They had everything that we needed for our stay, including coffee and beach stuff. We would for sure stay here again.

Unique Villa with Spectacular View

We spent a week at Coconuts 12/10-12/17’24…Communication with owners was timely and informative, always. Coconuts is perfect for a family with all age children, or a group of adults looking for an amazing, secluded villa experience. The amenities are vast. You can relax on the lounge chairs by the pool, play some pool, or relax in the hot tub after sunset with the sparkling view of St. Thomas. Kevin and Danielle’s recommendations for transportation were top notch, we used Max for the entire week on the island, he was always on time and up for any last minute changes. Overall- amazing!!!!

I would recommend this rental! Don’t hesitate to book! Amazing communication with owner. Loved the set up of this house. I liked that traveling with 7 woman we had our own space if we wanted. Stunning views, immaculate house. Absolutely no complaints.

Friends getaway

Great house. Loved the Dutch pod design. Having 2 of the bedrooms separate from the main house allowed for privacy,with each having its own bathroom. The outside area was great. Having a pool,hot tub,pool table,kitchen and dining area. This is where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. The location was also great. Cruz bay is only a 10 minute car ride away with many beaches reachable within 25 minutes. We also discovered some great local places just minutes from the house. The people of St John couldn’t have been more friendly. We only had 2 small issues and the home owners resolved them within hours. We would definitely rent this house again.

Relaxing week at Coconuts

Incredible view! Even better than the pictures show! We spent a lot of time in the outdoor areas (kitchen, pool, hot tub, gazebo). Coconuts has many nice amenities, and there are detailed instructions where necessary. We used the burr grinder and coffee maker, the outdoor grill, the spa, and the pool table, and outdoor Bluetooth speakers. We used the 103” projector/screen to watch a DVD, and there is a Roku if you want to stream things. Kevin and Danielle were responsive to any needs/questions. We highly recommend Coconuts!

Wonderful views and short trip into town!

Epic Family Trip

For my 65th birthday I decided to take my family (2 adult daughters, their significant others, and my 7 year old granddaughter)to St John. I had spent a few weeks on St Thomas and St John in 1968. My daughters & I all work in the medical fields in very stressful jobs. Coconuts was the perfect place to kick back and relax! We took full advantage of the indoor and outdoor kitchens, the pool & jacuzzi. The bedrooms offer lots of privacy and individual AC units let us all keep as cool as we wanted. The views are incredible. There was absolutely nothing lacking. We highly recommend this beautiful oasis!! M Williams DVM

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 6 stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! We loved the view and outdoor entertaining area. We cooked all our meals outside on the cooktop and had the best time! The pool was nice and cool which was so nice to cool off in after a day of exploring the island. The hosts were so helpful anytime we had a question. We loved the location, very central to the beaches and to town. I would highly recommend this place!

An all-inclusive like experience!

We just returned from our stay at Coconuts and we are thrilled with the choice we made to stay at this lovely villa. The location is excellent - easy access to any of the beaches on the island and we went to many! The property is unique given its amount of land and location at the top of a hill. This provides a generally flat lot with an absolutely AMAZING view! And the landscaping is equally amazing with a lush garden of flowering plants and trees. The owners, Kevin & Danielle, have thought of just about everything you would want and have made it available - coolers, shade tent, chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear (though we brought our own), and even a vacuum to clean out the rental car before returning. Everything is well documented and in good working order. The AC units were more than sufficient to quickly cool rooms even on the hottest days. Water pressure was sufficient and the outdoor kitchen is a huge benefit. Hard to find anything to be critical about. The property is close to the road and dumpsters are nearby which means some noise from the road and frequent visits from the junglefowl and feral cat community. Neither of these things detracted from our stay, but are worth noting. Kudos to Kevin & Danielle. Great hosts, wonderful property, we would absolutely return to Coconuts!

Beautiful view

Beautiful views with everything you would need for a day at the beach or just hanging at the house!! We spent days at the beach utilizing the chairs, towels and floats they provided and spent most evenings in, cooking in the outdoor space and playing pool/table tennis and enjoying the view! Very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!!
