One word AMAZING!! We had five couple and the house could not have worked out better. Everyone had their own space but the kitchen, pool and outdoor patio was so big for all coming together.

Beautiful Villa. A little hard to find, but JP was timely and attentive helping our party of 10 to find the Villa and help us settle in. Breath taking views of the ocean and magnificent sunsets.

Family summer getaway

The villa was excellent and we will absolutely look to book it again in the future. The location is very convenient to get into, and around, Cruz Bay. It’s private and secure with amazing views day and night! Plenty of space for everyone with 5 king suites. All with bathrooms. The pool is clean and the perfect place for everyone e to hang and cool off. The main house is well stocked with everything you might need - they really thought of everything! If you do need anything, you can easily and quickly get it at the market at the bottom of the hill! Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend booking this villa for your next trip to Saint John!

Our family couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The views were absolutely amazing. The kitchen, pool, hot tub made it a perfect getaway. All pics were accurate. No disappointments.

Lovely home close to Cruz Bay but nicely secluded

Wonderful stay with family in this well appointed beautiful home. Views were stunning. 5 bedrooms are all great with bathrooms. Laundry and exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Property manager was highly responsive.

Highly recommend Argonauta

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Argonauta. The views are wonderful and the house was well thought out and decorated and had an amazingly equipped kitchen (the private chef loved that too). TS Earl kept us home a day or so and the property really made that fun. We've stayed in the Contant area several times so we always like the proximity to Cruz Bay. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Family Retirement Trip

Amazing views, AC worked well, clean villa, well stocked kitchen, had great beach chairs and coolers to use for beaches, nice beach towels They had a nice basket of local dips as a welcome basket. Would have been nice for them to have coffee provided at least for the first morning. Only negative is a lot of mosquitoes but a small sacrifice for such an amazing island and beautiful home. Thank you for letting us stay😎

Beautiful spot for a family holiday

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. There was plenty of room for all of us- grandchildren, parents, uncle, and grandparents. We had space to gather and spend time together, and space to have quiet time after days at the beach. The road and driveway are tricky to navigate, but that seems to be common on St John. The hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, but everything else was perfect!

Great family vacation!

We just returned home after staying at Argonauta for a week. My fiancé, my adult children and I usually stay at Grande Bay for a week every August. This year my sister-in-law and husband decided to join us so we needed a bigger place. Argonauta did not disappoint! The views from the property were amazing and every evening we anxiously awaited the sunset so we could get beautiful photos. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked a couple of nights instead of going out and enjoyed the view while we ate dinner. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the air condition in all parts of the house. The house is also equipped with plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and a couple of coolers. While we really like the convenience of Grande Bay and being able to walk to town, this was a nice change and just a short drive to the grocery and dinner in Cruz Bay. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Stunning view and great privacy

This was our second stay at Argonauta. The view, as well as the privacy is exceptional. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle while staying at this property as it is up a very steep hill at the end of a long, private drive. We had one minor issue with a non-working electrical outlet that the management company resolved within the hour. The management company was equally efficient when we notified them that there was not a blender on site and they delivered one to us with the hour. Other than a missing blender the kitchen is well appointed and there was a nice welcome basket upon our arrival containing a variety of cold salads. It would be nice if the unit included coffee and sugar, at least to have for the first morning or two, if one cannot get to the market right away. It did seem that some of the bed linens and towels were showing a lot of wear and could use replacing. The living room sofa is also showing some wear and was not overly comfortable. The ice maker didn't work and I recall the same issue on our last visit, but there were ice trays provided. Overall a very nice place to stay and we would stay again.

What a great property in Cruz Bay in St. John. Easy to get to and very secure. This would be great for several families to share as well. The management was extremely responsive when a break blew and fixed it immediately. The view was spectacular. If you have an opportunity to be her over July 4th, the fireworks from our balcony were amazing. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay!!

The house was absolutely perfect, with a balcony overlooking the ferries at Cruz Bay. The pool and hot tub also overlooked the water, which was a great place to just hang out and relax. The house had great amenities, appliances, and almost everything you would need. Even better, there are multiple grocery stores within 5-10 minutes. The property manager JP was fantastic!! He was very responsive, friendly, and eager to help in any way he could. We can’t thank JP and the rest of the management company for such an amazing stay and hope to rent with them in the future!

St John at It’s Best

Argonauta had the perfect location for accessing dining, shopping, groceries and beaches. The house was well stocked and had all the basic staples to get you started. The views were spectacular! Highly recommend!

Wonderful View and House

Argonauta was the perfect location for a 40th birthday celebration! Each bedroom offers privacy with its own bath but also great spaces to hang out as a group. The pool deck and view were outstanding. We'll be back!

Perfect St John Villa

This was a last minute booking as we arrived in St Thomas on Saturday to find the sailboat we had chartered was not acceptable. We booked this villa online Saturday night and were immediately contacted by the host. We arranged to check in on Sunday. JP texted us on Sunday morning and was extremely accommodating and understanding about a meeting time as we were still trying to get the sailboat stuff handled. Once we were finally able to head to St John, we met JP at the car ferry dock and he took us to the property and gave us a tour. He also gave us some local recommendations on excursions. He was very helpful throughout our stay. The villa was breathtaking and everything we could have hoped for. It definitely turned our initially disappointing trip around. Our only complaint is that the calendar for this property is already booked up well into next summer. We would love to come back for the holidays. Definitely recommend this home and James Miller Property Management.
