This property is great! The open air concept was new for us and we found we really enjoyed it. It’s in a very quiet and private neighborhood close to town. The management company is responsive and communicates well. The description is on point. We will stay here again.

Our stay at Arc was outstanding from meeting our BookVI host at the house for a walkthrough to the house itself. The kitchen & great room were large and more than accommodated our party of six. Kitchen was well appointed with all types of serving ware, pans, utensils and appliances. Pool was crystal clear, warm and had multiple chairs & floats. We appreciated the multiple selections of coolers. Outdoor bar was just as amazing. The house itself was immaculately clean.Bedrooms were spacious & quiet with luxuriously comfortable beds & pillows. A/C in bedrooms was welcomed given the kitchen/GR was open to the outdoors, making for humid evenings when hanging out/dinner. Open air layout of kitchen/GR could be the only real downside of the property; since hanging out in the west facing room got rather warm. Upsides to the west facing room were incredible views in the morning to admire the harbor and evening to appreciate the starry sky.Given the open air layout; we expected bugs to be terrible which they were not, would still recommend to bring bug spray to ensure minimal nuisance from them.Arc is close to all beaches except for the far east side like Hanson Beach; but far enough out of Cruz Bay that you forgot it was only a 12 minute drive into town.We definitely give Arc a top recommendation to stay on St. John. Also top tier service from BookVI (both Brandons, Noel) who were responsive from initial scheduling & then throughout our stay answering all of our questions.

This place was incredible.. the views, the space, the hosts. All of it was perfect. We planned to get married elsewhere, but rain threw us a major curveball and we ended up doing it right there at the villa. No filters needed! The BookVI team was top-tier as well. Nothing short of 5 stars from us.

We loved our stay at Arc du Soleil. The property was magnificent. Super clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were open air and bedrooms were air conditioned, temps were comfortable in both areas. The views were some of the best we have ever had. The team was very responsive if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again if back in St. John.

Beautiful Place in St. John

This is a truly lovely place to stay. It has an amazing view an unique layout. The kitchen and living area is open to the pool area with a spectacular view. The bedrooms are all locked with a keycode making the place very secure. The bedroom and bathrooms were nice and clean with working AC and fans. We only used two of the bedrooms on the main floor. The third bedroom is accessible by walking on an outside gravel path to the unit below the main floor.The place is extremely well stocked with coolers, beach chairs, beach tents, games, towels, etc. There is some snorkel gear but for a large group you would likely need to rent more. The place also had pods for washing clothes and dishes. The kitchen has plenty of glassware, cups, utensils, bags, etc.The pool was clean and beautiful. It was perfect to cool off after a day at the beaches. Sunsets were breathtaking.It is an adventurous drive up to the location. A lot of steep hills and sharp turns! You should definitely rent a jeep if staying here. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood (if you don't count the roosters that are all over the island).Communication with the host was outstanding. They were responsive even to questions on recommended restaurants, taxi services, etc. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing pool & sunset view

Immaculately appointed villa with everything you could want- all quality furnishings & decor- just like you would do yourself. Great Chefs kitchen, fantastic master bedroom/bath, quality white linens/towels. Several Stocked beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear & noodles. They thought of things I didn't consider-loved the place! Bring bug repellent during the Fall although they do have a bunch of bug zappers-. Highly recommend!! Gorgeous sunsets & the pool & bar area was amazing- Like our own resort-had several fun days enjoying the pool plus lived on ur beach day!!

Family time

This is a beautiful and unique property! The outdoor living was super cool. We love being outside and the vibe here was awesome. The mosquitoes were a slight issue but easily kept at bay with bug spray. The kitchen was very well appointed and included most condiments and spices you would need. Just a fabulous property!

Another Fantastic Stay in St John

Spectacular view and great service

Arc de Soleil was a beautiful home to stay at. The views are simply stunning and the pictures do not compare. We were close to Cruz Bay where many of the restaurants were and also near many of the beaches to visit. The host was great to work with and communicated well. If we were to return to St. John we would seriously consider coming back to this home. There were five of us and we were very comfortable with the rooms and living space. Everyone enjoyed the open space and we spent a lot of time together there. The bar was stocked which was a nice surprise. There were good appliances and kitchen supplies. The bedrooms were comfortable and the AC was nice to have there. The open concept and view was amazing for morning coffee, hanging around and dinners. We are on a tropical island so there were a lot of no see ums and mosquitos. Bring some bug spray. There were also beach chairs, coolers, beach games and snorkel equipment for our many beach days all over the island. We used them a lot and appreciated having them to enjoy. The service was excellent and they were in constant communication. We got a lot of questions answered and help with some excursions and a rental car. They made it easy which is not always the case with every VRBO.

Amazing house

We absolutely loved our stay at Arc du Soleil! The house was very nice and beautifully appointed. It had all of the amenities needed for cooking and going to the beach . The pool was gorgeous and the views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The property is breathtakingly beautiful. Coffee on the open air veranda followed by a dip in the pool are how we started every morning. We ended each evening in the pool! The house is well designed and perfect for 3 couples to comfortably spread out. The location is perfect (we used the car that was offered by the property and drove all over the island (from Cruz to Coral). The house was well supplied with amenities and very responsive to a lock/key issue (our fault) and an electric breaker issue (that was fixed immediately). This is my 3rd stay on the island and I will very likely stay at this property again. It was just THE BEST!

We’ll be back!

Our visit to St. John and our stay at Arc du Soleil could not have been more perfect. Brandon and the entire BookVI team did a fantastic job preparing the villa, meeting us at the ferry and welcoming us to the home, and assisting with any questions we had while on the island. We’ve stayed in a dozen villas on St. John, and this experience and villa are hands down the best we’ve had. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you all for making our week unforgettable!

Perfect family space

We had a lovely two week vacation at Arc du Soleil. All the people we interacted with through the process of booking, to arriving, to helping me coordinate experiences were kind, generous with their time, and helpful. We were stunned by the views and so appreciative of the opportunity to stay here while enjoying St. John and the surrounding US and British Virgin Islands. Both Brandons and Ashley were so kind. Beautiful home to create amazing memories

Our family met at this beautiful villa for an amazing week on St John. The home has everything you need from beach chairs to coolers to every possible kitchen appliance you may need. The pool is perfect and the beds are ultra comfy. We will definitely be returning!

The view. The Experience. The relaxation.

Perfect stay in every way. communication with the Villa "team" was almost instant before and during our stay. had an issue with water pressure and someone was there and fixed it within 15 minutes after I texted the 'team'. 5 coolers, 6 beach chairs, pool and beach toys. overstocked kitchen. huge place. I think I counted over 30 places to sit and that didn't include the steps to the pool. stop looking and just book this.

Stunning views and amenity-filled Villa!

We loved the pool, the comfy nooks everywhere, and the cool and dark bedrooms. The kitchen was great, and we played darts and games around the bar until the wee hours, and felt total privacy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Open-Air Concept With Spectacular Sunsets

This villa is stunning! The open-air main living area with the view of Great Cruz Bay and the private sunset viewing from the villa’s main floor overlooking the pool is something you’ll be talking about for years! The villa is less than a 15-minute drive from Cruz Bay, and has easy access to the main roads to the north shore beaches, Coral Bay, or the East End. The villa is located in a gated community, which provides a sense of security with the open-air concept. No need to worry about birds, critters, or bugs in the open-air living spaces. They don’t come into the villa (at least in February)! We ate dinner at the dining room table, made meals, and enjoyed every minute we could look out over the bay without any interference from mother nature. Even when it rained at night, we didn’t have any issues. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry area are behind solid doors. There are two bedrooms on the main level and one on the lower level with an outside entrance.Anybody who stays in the lower bedroom will have to walk down the driveway or around the outside of the house to get there.Not a big deal, but be aware of this if you have people who may have trouble walking up and down a slight incline. The pool was well-kept and the outside bar was well stocked with alcohol. I recommend you check the available alcohol at the villa before you purchase anything to make drinks. You may be lucky and have free soda/pop, beer, mixer, or cider in the fridge. Remember to check the pantry or spices in the cabinets before you buy any staples. The villa had six beach chairs, which was great for the three couples we had in our group. There is a limited amount of snorkel gear, but I recommend you rent from one of the local shops (we rented from Beach Bum). If this is your first time staying in St John, the Starfish grocery store is on the way to the villa from Cruz Bay. It has a good variety of food for gluten-free or vegan eaters, and has a wide variety of alcohol. If you can’t find something at Starfish, you could try the Dolphin grocery store (on the same route to the villa). The five-star management team quickly answered questions and was easy to get in touch with via text during our stay. Everybody we met on the team was professional making the stay even more enjoyable. This property and the management team deserve a 10-star rating. Don’t miss out on staying here. Make your reservation today. You won’t be disappointed.
