Beautiful property

The house was gorgeous! It was stocked with plenty of linen and kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and best of all, our host was absolutely amazing!! I will definitely stay again on my returns to the V.I.!

Great first visit to St John

Loved the island, the property the beaches etc Linda was very available and helpful with great suggestions The views are to die for…Driving was challenging and we didn’t attempt to walk the steep road into town but it was all worth it! Planning another visit!

St. John Cruz Harbor overlook.

Beautiful view- we spent many hours just enjoying the view at all times of day. We invited another couple and there as plenty of room.

Best villa ever

Villa Amerigo was an over the top experience. Starting with the excellent communication from Valerie and Linda. Linda met us at the villa upon arrival and all our jaws dropped at the magnificent view. The villa was very roomy and comfortable. We are planning next year now! Thank you for a wonderful visit

Cruz Bay View

Amazing views of Cruz Bay & St Thomas. Relaxing on the large patio was a great place to take in the sunsets. The house very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. The house manager, Linda, was great and was always available to answer questions about the island. No doubt we would stay at Villa Amerigo again!

Loved the 3 master bedrooms since we had three couples. The villa had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Never had the chance to meet Terri, the on island contact but she made sure all was good with us and our vacation. We couldn’t have made a better choice.

AMAZING Stay!

We had a wonderful trip and the house was perfect! The location is really great being a few minutes from the action of Cruz Bay with gorgeous hillside views. The kitchen was very well equipped, better than any other property I’ve stayed. There were nice chairs and towels available for the beach which was a great perk! The host Linda is awesome! She was there to greet us when we arrived and really quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. We will definitely consider renting this property for future trips!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. House had plenty of room for parents and two teens. Lovely property with two decks and pool deck. Linda, the property manager was accessible and helpful. Great view. Nice pool. We just note we didn’t realize the pool was to be shared with others but it was no big deal anyway. Would stay again.

Nice Views and Good Setup

There were three of us staying for 10 days at Villa Amerigo. It was an excellent stay as we each had our own rooms with en suite. The best part of the villa was the covered porch with views of Cruz Bay. We spent a lot of time there with morning coffee and afternoon sunsets a part of our daily ritual. The beds were super comfortable and the furniture complimented the whole setup. Linda was extremely helpful and very prompt with answering questions. She also saved us when we made a wrong turn navigating to the villa the first day. I would recommend that the owners have her meet renters at the ferry docks— overall would highly recommended this place.

Amazing week in paradise!

Pictures didn’t do this home away from home justice. The view over Cruz bay is breathtaking - one that is immediately enjoyed the moment you open the front door. Fantastic spot overlooking the most convenient spot on St John. Only a few mins from the port. Straight drive, easy to find. Super convenient to the restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Not to mention the rental shops if you’re wanting to dingy around or cruise over to BVI. Easy drive to the best beaches and this spot gives a nice parking pad to keep your car within a few steps of the front door. Pool was perfect for a late arrival the first day. Kitchen is well appointed for a nice evening in - enjoying the views and cool breeze. AC is perfect at night. Washer/dryer is great touch. And the outdoor grill hit the spot for steak night. Recommend a Jeep. And a stop by one of the two nearby grocery stores on the way in. Grab some rum, water and snacks for the beach. Or buy what you need for breakfast lunch and dinner and really feel like you’re at home. Property has a cooler, beach towels and chairs for ur enjoyment. Love the dishwasher. And the blender for pina coladas. It’s perfect. No seaweed on the beaches. Great time to visit.

Villa Amerigo

The house was great with beautiful views. The pool was great. Cooler, beach chairs and towels provided. Lost power one morning and the generator started up almost immediately. Very clean house. The house is at the top of Pocket Money Lane so walking downtown is 10 minutes. Going back up is doable, but taxis are so plentiful I would highly recommend taking one every time you up the hill.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

We had a fantastic time at Estate Enighed! The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the deck was spectacular & the pool was awesome. We did lose internet for the last 2 days we were there. This was a minor inconvenience but we made the best of it given our happiness of being on vacation in St John. The home is up a very steep hill, so fyi sneakers would be best for walking to/from town. We welcomed the intense exercise! :) We loved our stay there & are grateful to have had this experience!

Fantastic!

A wonderful property, perfect for us plus our 2-year-old grandson and his parents. Our grandson loved the deck where he could watch the iguanas basking and hear the roosters, birds, and frogs. The layout inside was great for him, too. Beds were comfortable and the bedroom a/c made sleeping very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plentiful beach chairs to borrow. The access road is steep and rough, but we had been in the area before and knew what to expect. It's a do-able walk to downtown but I think it would seem very long walking back uphill after dinner--we didn't try it. Easy access by jeep to town and the northern beaches.

We had an amazing stay. The view is beautiful, condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is a little bit of a hike to town but easy to get a taxi if needed.

More beautiful than the pictures but NOT walkable to Cruz bay and only sleeps 6 comfortably

The view is stunning, place is clean, easily accessible with car or taxi. It's up a long steep hill though and it's even tough to walk down - I do not recommend if you prefer to be walking distance to town. Get the name/number of a driver or rent a car and you'll be fine. It's a very short drive. The a/c in the living room doesn't work but it stays pretty cool. The bedrooms are well air conditioned. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I can remember sleeping in! The listing does say that it sleeps 8 but the "sleeper sofa"/living room sofa is more like a futon. It pulls out to lie flat so one person sleeps on the seat cushion and the other person sleeps on the two back cushions. Not comfortable at all. My husband and I had to stay on it one night and didn't sleep even a little. With a party of 6 where everyone has a bed and their own bathroom, this place is ideal.

Nice holiday weekend

We really enjoyed this stay. The property is very spacious and the view gorgeous!!! All bedding was super comfortable and the kitchen large. With only two apartments in the building the pool is almost private. On the flip side there are always areas of improvement, no major ones but recommended to get even better. The first one is air conditioning. The common areas must have a cooling unit. This is uphill and breezy property but in the super hot September this is really needed. The other things were just minor details: some sand/dust in the floor, broken drinking glasses, used soap.left in the shower but in overall really recommend this place!!!

Great rental in Cruz!

We had a great time at villa amerigo! The property was very clean and the deck had an awesome sunset view. We loved the king beds in each room, SO comfortable. By far the best part was dipping in the pool after a long day at the beach. Would definitely recommend this property!
