"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "

"I was unprepared for the location to be within a residential housing complex. I had imagined a country retreat.
The venue itself was fine but we had an unfortunate experience in that the extreme weather meant our room was ridiculously hot. The lovely maintenance men got us an extra fan but unfortunately it just moved the air round rather than cool the room. That’s when it got difficult as we asked to Cxl the second night stay but we were refused a refund stating they can’t control the...

"Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here."
