The location is wonderful - right by the pool. The place itself had a few issues. We were given the wrong pw to wifi so that was a struggle for a bit. The main tv never ended up working & connecting. The outlet on the patio didn't work so the only way to have light was to bring the extension cord inside. The kitchen drawers were a bit messy and not well organized. There is no pantry/cabinet to store your food. It all had to stay on the counter. Bring your own toilerties. They have super small travel size shampoo/condition/bar of soap. Also, they don't supply any tissue paper so we had to use toilet paper. Overall, it was okay. Would I stayat this unit again? Probably not. I did love the where it was and the hot tub.

Oasis

Stayed 5 nights for a softball tournament. Home was clean, neat, and comfortable. Temps were over 100 degrees but the house stayed nice and cool and the pool right outside the back door was my daughter’s favorite thing. The kitchen was missing things like cooking oil and coffee but there’s a market right down the street. The only downside was with pool being so close we did experience loud kids up until 11:00 pm but the convenience was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Tuacahn

We loved our stay here and hope to come again! It was so close to Tuacahn and shopping, but off the beaten path, which was perfect for us. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't love was that the towels were pretty rough, but other than that it was a great place to be for a few days!

Great place to stay!

Great spot! Gorgeous home with great amenities. Easy process to check in and check out. Very clean and well maintained. Pool area is great but not a ton of space or chairs - a couple towels on the cement worked out! Would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

This was the perfect location for our visit. We participated in a local race, went hiking and enjoyed the beautiful red rock. This house was perfect for our needs. So clean and the hot tub was a win with the kids. Definitely will return if in the area again.

Fantastic Place!

We loved staying at this lovely rental! It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub, the close proximity to the pool, the ping pong table in the garage, and the good sized kitchen and living room.

Nice place to stay!

We stayed as a group of ladies going to see the Tuacahn musicals, biking, and pickleball. The Tuacahn is close, there are 2 pickleball courts in the community and provided equipment in the garage, and the bike path are right next to the community. It was nice to have 2 king beds. There were 2 super nice mats to sleep on the floor too. Overall, an awesome stay. My only problem was that the check in instructions weren't sent and I had to contact the management company to get them but they got back to be quickly.

It was the perfect size for our family and a great location to the pool. I wish we had known the splash pad wasn’t working for the little kids ahead of time. Quick response for any questions we had and I appreciated that. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms were really nice. We had a great visit.

Excellent location!

I can't say whether or not it will always be available, but being able to use the garage was very helpful and appreciated. The location itself is spacious and works great for a multi-family or larger family get away. The pool and splash pad are very close and convenient. Lastly, the communication with the rental management group was very thorough and responsive.

Awesome week with the family!

This property was even BETTER than expected! It is spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and peaceful. We enjoyed our week here thoroughly and would definitely stay here again. Pool was a blast for the kids (and adults), evenings in the games room were fun and we even tried out the pickle-ball courts. Loved the proximity to walking paths and green space. Had an issue with the hot tub and we were pleasantly surprised at the quick responsiveness of the property management. Thank you for the wonderful week!
