"Overall, the property was great. The unit was very close to the clubhouse which was great. We'd spend the mornings/early afternoons hiking at Zion and then go to the pool area afterwards. Kids loved the pool area and adults loved the hot tub. Our unit was clean and well equipped for kids with plenty of board games, ping pong table, pool floaties and electric scooters. The only few things for us were that the beds were very soft (personal prefernce for a firmer mattress) and that the smoke...

The property management was easy to work with (sorry we parked on the street :( we thought we were being helpful). "I've stayed at a lot of different properties over the years and this house is stocked up on everything you need for your stay! This is not bare bones at all, which is more of what I've experienced so it was such a great surprise! We had tons of kids in all ranges and they had so much fun and kept busy. I don't think we ever heard "I'm bored" from any of them. We utilized ALL the things from swimming, to pickle ball, trampoline, pool table, etc etc. This was our family reunion and our purpose was...

"This was perfect for our family for the weekend. We enjoyed the location and pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean but could benefit from some deep cleaning, particularly the tile and grout in the showers. Also, the bedding and mattresses were average."

"the home was wonderful. clean in a great neighborhood. the kitchen was nice and a great place to eat as a family. close to the clubhouse and the pool. the only issue i had was the BBQ grill was empty on the propane and was pretty dirty. simple fix for the hosts...just needs to be checked before new arrivals. i will stay here more with my family in the future."

"The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager."
