Best family space for our group!

Spacious layout with the gathering spot being very enjoyable for all guests. Bedrooms were also very accommodating and the amount of bathrooms was perfect for us! The private pool was a great touch and we enjoyed it so much!

Family Vacation

This house was amazing! Very clean, spacious, and in the best area. The pool kept our family busy during our stay. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend that you stay at the house. We will definitely be back next summer. Thank you!

Great place to stay

We've stayed at various homes in this complex, but this home was my family's favorite. They loved having a pool at house and also the other pools in the complex. A relaxing place to spend time with family.

Kid Paradise

The pool, outside seating, bbq, bathrooms and kitchen were all great! Clean water and pool was a phenomenal temp! Location to water park is perfect and tons of parking! Comfy beds.The trash situation is a bit stressful, not enough can space/availability and no one wants to leave a mess. The hot tub had to be continually reset to be warm. It might need some maintenance to stay ready for use. Everyone had a great time!

Fun for Family reunion

The house is beautiful and really fun. Loved having our own pool and lots of room to spread out. Loved being so close to the water park. Had some issues getting into the home as our code we were given didn’t work and it took a while to get a response. Also the code for the garage didn’t ever work so that was annoying. The hot tub didn’t turn on unless we texted the property manager to turn it on for us which is not super convenient. A few of the bathrooms were missing shower curtains and it was not super clean. Lots of stains on the bed comforters and stuff on the walls. Also dirty clothes stuffed under the couches and left hanging on the balconies. All in all we had a great time.

Wonderful property, but needs TLC

I really wish I could give this property a 5 star rating. With some added attention, it would be an outstanding 5 star place. Our 3-generation family of 18 stayed here and had a wonderful time, except.... First, some of the great things: 1)Spacious enough that we never felt crowded. Very good floor plan. 2)Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with an ensuite bath, plus a 1/2 bath on each floor. 3)The best kitchen of any rental property I've stayed in.Very well stocked! We loved it! Plus extra frig in garage. Loved pebble ice machine. 3)2 large, comfortable interior gathering places and great dining setup for a large group. 4)Wonderful clean private pool and hot tub. 5)Lots of towels and pool towels. 6)Many enjoyable outdoor seating options. 7)Located right across from the water park, but no noise from it. So convenient that we used it in the afternoons between morning and evening use of our private pool.Very fun! 8)Plenty of parking off the street. 9)Host was friendly and accessible. Some of the cons: 1)Furniture and carpets in gathering places weren't clean. 2)All 9 bikes had pedals missing and/or flat tires that couldn't be inflated. So, no usable bikes. 3)Members of our group haveTraeger grills and planned to use the one onsite, but it was so clogged with grease that it was deemed a fire hazard and couldn't be used. 4)Custom window shades are nice for privacy, but let in lots of summer sunlight VERY early. We'd love to stay here again if better maintained.

Very poor maintenance

Property was dirty and very poorly maintained. We were very disappointed. The bikes would have been a great experience but NONE of them were useable. Only one paddle and no ball for pickle ball. Closet doors don’t work. The handle to the front door kept falling off. Filters are filthy. We had to fill the hot tub up just to get it to flow into the filters and fix the heater to the hot tub. Not enough laundry soap, paper towels, garbage bags, or toilet paper. Kind of important. The laundry room smelled really bad. We ran a cycle to try and clean washer and it helped a little. If everything was clean and well maintained and well stocked it would have been great. Really disappointing for how much I spent.

So fabulous!

What a wonderful property for our team to stay and play! The house is perfect for a large group…cozy enough to share time together and large enough to find private space. Joe was very accessible whenever there was an issue. Would definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying there again!

Another great stay!

We had another great vacation at this private pool palace. This was our 2nd year staying here as a little family retreat. It fit 16 of us comfortably and we had so many fun outings with this as our home base. There was plenty of time just hanging out at the pool and nearby water park too. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

Our only concern was the garbage situation. Whoever stayed before us did not put the garbage on the curb when they left so there was a terrible odor and the cans were almost full leaving us not enough room for our garbage.

Christmas with large family

We had the greatest Christmas weekend here! The owner was very available and quick to answer if we had questions or concerns. Beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and pool towels, extras if we needed. There was a little something for everyone (group of 20+ people) plus we all had our own space to be or we could gather together when we wanted since the house was so open and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to make dinners for our big group and made it easy for us to all be together to eat meals. (The pebble ice maker was such a great bonus! We had a soda bar going and it was something we all enjoyed!) The putting green, pool, and hot tub were the best outdoor activities and kept us all entrained and happy the whole trip. We loved staying here and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Wonderful place to stay.

This place was outstanding, we had a pre-thanksgiving dinner there with a few of our children and grandchildren. There was everything we needed to cook as large of a dinner that it was. The can opener as a problem because it didn't work, so my son had to use his Leatherman to get the cans opened. We cooked the turkey on the treager and it turned out Devine. The kitchen garbage can gave us a bit of a problem, it was hard to get the bags out. We all loved the pool and hottub, however the second evening the hottub had some issue's and wouldn't heat. But that was fixed immediately to our satisfaction. The owner is very awesome to work with. The bikes were a great hit. Even the 73 yearold grandpa took a spin on one. The rooms were very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of towels, tissue, handsoap, dishes, cups etc. Other than tiny normal little issues. The place was perfect.

Nice quick getaway for our team.

We take a group of employees to this vacation rental for a quick overnight stay. Had an enjoyable time. Fire pit hot tub and pool were all great.

Fun Place and Good Owner Communication

This place fit our family well. Located in a place with good parking, close to the community pool and pickleball courts. Love having a bathroom for each bedroom! Provides privacy and comfortable gathering places.
