I really wish I could give this property a 5 star rating.
With some added attention, it would be an outstanding 5 star place. Our 3-generation family of 18 stayed here and had a wonderful time, except....
First, some of the great things:
1)Spacious enough that we never felt crowded. Very good floor plan.
2)Lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds, each with an ensuite bath, plus a 1/2 bath on each floor.
3)The best kitchen of any rental property I've stayed in.Very well stocked! We loved it! Plus extra frig in garage. Loved pebble ice machine.
3)2 large, comfortable interior gathering places and great dining setup for a large group.
4)Wonderful clean private pool and hot tub.
5)Lots of towels and pool towels.
6)Many enjoyable outdoor seating options.
7)Located right across from the water park, but no noise from it. So convenient that we used it in the afternoons between morning and evening use of our private pool.Very fun!
8)Plenty of parking off the street.
9)Host was friendly and accessible.
Some of the cons:
1)Furniture and carpets in gathering places weren't clean.
2)All 9 bikes had pedals missing and/or flat tires that couldn't be inflated. So, no usable bikes.
3)Members of our group haveTraeger grills and planned to use the one onsite, but it was so clogged with grease that it was deemed a fire hazard and couldn't be used.
4)Custom window shades are nice for privacy, but let in lots of summer sunlight VERY early.
We'd love to stay here again if better maintained.
