"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. "We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return."

It was a bit of an adventure finding the cottage and every evening thereafter simply due to the small tight little lanes, typical for Cornwall, but directions from host were very good. "
