"Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. "

"Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! "

"We loved the location and all of the room to spread out and the pool! It was perfect for our child's volleyball tournament at the convention center and then we spent a few fun days visiting Universal and we liked that it was close without being too close to the chaos. "

"When my family and I arrived. We couldn’t get in because the door code that was sent to me didn’t work. We got there when cleaning lady was almost finished and if it wasn’t for her being there we would have gotten wet unloading our luggage. Three codes were sent before we could actually get comfortable. This was kind of a not so good start of our vacation."

"Very nice being right in the marina with a restaurant. Environment was great and the restaurant is within walking distance which was a major plus. Lovely 2 story townhouse close to the beach and the river which was great for kayaking. Would recommend and hope to stay there again! "
