"The place was nice and clean we enjoyed it. There was no paper towels, and the shampoo and body soap was out of in one of the bathroom dispensers but we made it work. There is one spot to park a small vehicle onsite however there is another parking space not to far from there that you can park larger vehicles."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We'd stay there longer if the snow at the Beaver Mountain is better. Location: Garden City is a small town right next to the beautiful Bear Lake. The property is in a newly developed area of the town. It's right across Mike's Market, which is the largest grocery store in the Bear Lake area. While you can't see the lake from the property, it's just a block away and you can even walk there. Property: it's probably the cleanest property we've rented...

"Walking distance to park, market, milkshakes. Walking/Bike path runs right in front of building. Close to the beach. Pool was a favorite with the kids. We didn’t realize this was a triplex when we made the reservation but we never heard any sounds through the adjoining wall. We had 38 people and there are not 38 chairs and bar stools in the dining area but we made it work just fine. Everyone had a great time."

"Great place right in Garden City. You can walk to LaBeau’s!!! Beautiful pool on the premises and other amenities opening soon. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lawn area. Our house was well planned with comfortable beds, giant refrigerator, lots of common space, and plenty of parking. We didn’t know it was part of a triplex type arrangement but that didn’t much affect us. Norm, the manager was on the premises and was very helpful as was Adam online."

"Clean and beautiful home! Very nice to have access to the garage for loading/unloading (it was very cold outside!) Very nice neighborhood and grocery store walking distance away.The hot tub was rejuvenating after skiing all day. Only 1 complaint, there was a missing pullout sofa couch in one bedroom. (We were counting on that bed for some kids). We would definitely love to stay at this home again one day!"
