  • This cozy cabin is the perfect getaway. The cabin sleeps 4 individuals. There are two queen beds. Its heated it has air conditioning. There is a microwave, fridge, and sink. Close to everything fun in Bear Lake, its located about 100 yards from the famous Pickleville Playhouse. Have a fire, roast hot dogs and marshmallows. There is plenty of parking for your boat and toys. Enjoy the beach and water, take a trip on the RZR.

Not bad for a last minute booking. Great location. Lots of potential. Carpet was gross. Towels were dirty. Had to request t.p.

Cabin 5

The cabin was very cozy and clean. Loved the location, very close to most restaurants/beach/marina and the Caribbean Custard & Italian Ice onsite was an added bonus which we enjoyed each night. It was nice to have a fire pit onsite as well. Only criticism would be that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and required multiple reboots to get it to work. It would also be nice to have some basic toiletries and hair dryer included. Otherwise, everything else was perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the cost

The drawers in the bathroom were filthy. I use don't live out of a suitcase but this time I had to because of how filthy the drawers were. I didn't want to put my stuff in them.

We were frustrated when we arrived at about 4:13 to check-in and the cleaner was still cleaning. We had to wait about 15 more minutes for her to finish. When we went to shower, there was conditioner, but she hadn't refilled the body wash or shampoo. The a/c unit was terrible. It didn't start to cool down until late late in the night, which made sleeping difficult. The size was perfect for us for 1 night, but we Probably won't stay here again.

Light bulbs were out. Didn’t have wifi, no info of wifi anywhere, drains were clogged.

Light bulbs were out. Didn’t have wifi, no info of wifi anywhere. I messaged the property manager twice, and he never got back to me in regards to the wifi. drains were clogged. The bathtub was filling up with water while taking a shower by the time I was done water was up to my ankles. Same thing happened with my spouse.

Bear Lake Cabin

This was perfect. Very clean, good views and easy to get to anything at Bear Lake. I would stay here again.

My wife’s family stays in Ideal Beach Resort for a week every year, recently my wife and I were married and wanted a location that was close yet nice. This place was amazing

Great little cabin near the lake.

Great experience, the cabin was very clean and cool in a rustic sort of way. Dealing with the owner was great and since this was my first VRBO rental I was a little worried about communication. But my inquiries were answered quickly and he made sure everything was right. Great place. We will be back again

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed in cabin 5 for 2 nights. Access was very easy and manager provided clear instructions before we arrived. I like that our cabin was not along the main road and backed up to a meadow. AC was great! It would have been nice to know that no toiletries were included, so pack shampoo and body wash. I would recommend this cabin to my friends and family for an easy Bear Lake getaway.

Just what we needed

This cabin was perfect for our weekend trip! We had family staying across the street at the Ideal Beach but we needed our own place to sleep. The cabin was plenty spacious for the 3 of us - my husband, me, and our 2 year old daughter. It was really easy to keep a comfortable temperature. The beds were a little firm for our liking, just FYI to anyone curious about the beds. But after a long day on the beach we didn't really care :) Thanks for an awesome stay! We will definitely be back each summer!

Unfortunately everything was broken...

The hot water, tv, WiFi, and bikes outside were all broken. The owner gave us a work around for the water and was communicative at first, but then when I asked for a partial refund due to issues, he ghosted me. It’s a cute place, but all the broken things added up made for a frustrating stay. Not worth the price per night with everything broken. Also, make sure you bring shampoo, conditioner, and body soap as they are not available.

Darling cabin with lots of space for our family.

We liked the cabin. Clean and nice. The beds squeaked. The owner did bring in an extra fold out bed for us which was awesome and unexpected. The view out the back was lovely. We were sad not to have access to the lake. We tried walking to it (like the owner said we would be able to do) but found we wouldn't have access. So we had to drive to find a spot. The bathroom door also jammed so we finally had to leave it open a crack. Overall, nice cabin.
