I tried multiple times to communicate with the property managers before our trip and no one emailed me, called me, or texted me back after multiple attempts. Still since trip we still haven’t been in contact with any property manager. We ended up bringing everything possible for cooking and such as we didn’t know what was available in the home. A lot was already in home. Wished the home was a bit more cleaned before getting there (cleaning people told us they were only cleaning for 2 hours before we arrived...how is it possible to get a deep clean/COVID clean for an entire home in just that small amount of time?) it would be nice to know that a pack n play is already at location and that there are no curtains in upstairs bedroom so at 12:30am every night you’re woken up by how bright the moon shines down on your face. Also, you aren’t supposed to change the thermostat to go below 70 degrees which was hard some hot nights. Otherwise, no other complaints; house was in a great location, great amenities with access to neighborhood pool, just a 10 min walk to the marina, great overlook onto the lake! Neighborhood was nice and Judy down the street from eateries and such. Note: there is no WiFi in this home and bad reception inside. Would definitely come back and stay here for sure as all our needs were pretty much met!
