Great place for families! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for traveling with kids. Being just steps from the beach made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The location near shops and restaurants was very convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely come back! Want it even shorter or more casual?

Check in was easy and property was as expected from pics online and description. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked with basic cooking utensils and dishes and stuff. It was perfect for our 2 families vacationing. We loved the location. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping super close by. Either a quick bike ride or drive to everything. Beach was a 2 min walk. It was a great week, we loved it! Would definitely stay again.

This property was well stocked and very nice! The only thing that surprised me is that it’s two separate “homes”. The only stairs are outside. So upstairs and downstairs have a kitchen and living area, plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We didn’t have rain so it wasn’t a problem. It actually worked out well. We didn’t have to worry about walking our grandchild while playing games after bedtime. The porches were really nice.

Both units were beautiful and very clean! I liked how it was 2 separate areas, it works well if you have older teens/young adults that want to stay up a little later. We had a wonderful stay. Only a 4 minute walk from the front door to the beach! The pool was very refreshing and well kept. There were several pool noodles/floaties, coolers, & beach chairs to use. Beach towels provided as well. We would definitely rent here again!

Family Vacation

Easy and clear check in, open communication with property managers. The pool is in direct sunlight so the water stayed warm (we were there at the end of July). Quick walk to the beach and close to grocery stores.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The beach was a short walk down the street and it was wonderful to return, cool down and relax by the pool. The grandkids absolutely loved the pool. The property was exactly as described and seen on the website. We had multiple families staying and there was plenty of space to spread out. Our host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Checkin and checkout was very easy. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to stay again next time we visit St. Augustine!

Wonderful Stay

The beach house was great. The only thing I would have changed was a way to get upstairs without having to outside and go up the steps. But other than that it was all we needed and would recommend it to anyone that is interested in coming to St Augustine. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean. Enjoyed going to the beach and hanging out by the pool. Grilled out, cooked dinner and walked to the Mexican Restaurant across the street one night. Walked to coffee and bagel shop 2 blocks over and Beachcomber on the beach for appetizers and cocktails. Loved the location and enjoyed a fun Mother’s Day weekend with my daughter, grandson, her husband and his family.

Very clean and great location

The home was very clean and the managers responded promptly. Everyone that stayed was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to the beach and to Jack’s BBQ. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Great beach location in a roomy duplex.

Great location and comfortable property. Note that if you are a large group, it is two separate rentals, not one big house. Access to two of the bedrooms is outside and up an open staircase.

Girls Trip

Our annual girls trip was a hit this year despite the intermittent rain. We rented the upstairs and downstairs units. We enjoyed the pool tremendously! The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the house. We used some of the chairs that were provided. We also played golf at a course not too far away. The unit was very clean and provided plenty of towels for our use. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink. The owner promptly contacted someone to repair it and it was fixed within a few hours. My only suggestions would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies and a few cookie sheets in the kitchen. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend renting this house.

Roomy cottage

The property was very clean and more than enough room for all of us. The management team was easily reachable and took care of any concerns. The location was great, just a short drive to downtown and the beach access was wonderful. If we come back to St. Augustine, we would stay there again.

Vacation

We had a great time. Location was good. However I had to go buy a big enough pot to cook my seafood in there wasn't one large enough. I think at the beach all units should have large pot for boils. WiFi was in and out but that's not a huge deal except for the kids. lol. Garbage was full when we arrived and my the time they emptied it and we put out trash in it it was full again need more cans or some resolution. Because now it's full again for the next guest and it doesn't run til Thursday. Overall they stay was awesome
