Terrific Place

Our second time staying in this cozy condo. Even though there was some exterior construction and painting going on, we were never inconvenienced. We were alerted about this prior to booking so there were no surprises. Nice that the updating is being done so that this nice complex can be refreshed and safe. Elevators, luggage and shopping carts are very convenient. Everything is comfortable about the condo unit and very easy access to pools and the beach. Great selection of beach needs such as chairs, towels, kids toys, etc. View from balcony is nice. Communication with the host was fantastic and prompt.

The short walk to the beach was great. We liked the close proximity to a lot of activities and restaurants. The description of the property was accurate. The owner was very quick to communicate and was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful condo, location, view - and owner!

This was our second time staying in this unit. It's comfortable, well-equiped, and has a lovely ocean view. The condo complex was undergoing some renovations that negatively impacted our stay but Pat was very accommodating in a price adjustment. Can't wait to go back!

Great place for a getaway

So convenient to St Augustine, nearby parks and birding locations, not to mention the beautiful, uncrowded beach! We appreciated the many convenient amenities such as beach chairs, towels, a cooler, books and puzzles.

St. Augustine vacation

The condo was very clean and well equipped. All the appliances we used worked well. Brother-in-law loved the TV and that he could speak to the remote to change the channel. Condo was quiet and we could not hear any neighbor noise. Parking lot had some flooding from Hurricane Helene until Thursday but plenty of dry spaces. The beach was close and great!

We had a wild windy ride

What can’t I say about Pat.. we were going to stay for a week but unfortunately we were evacuated due to the hurricane. Pat was so attentive and understood my concern (we are from Indiana). She so graciously made sure my family was taken care of. We are so thankful and grateful to her. Now about the property. This is our second year staying at the complex and just like last year we couldn’t be more pleased. We had a drain issue and Pat had it fixed that night. (Again, she’s an amazing host. Definitely someone who should be looked at if you need tips on being a host.) other than that.. everything was perfect. The listing is as it says. It feels like home when you walk in. We hope to stay in the future. The balcony is where you could find us listening to the ocean and those waves crashing. Stay here if you can! You will not regret it.

Great location!

Our stay in St Augustine was awesome. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The facility was in excellent condition and the two pools were very nice. Pat was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly. We would recommend this condo. Our only negative was the lights in the breezeway leading from the elevator to the condo are not very bright. Otherwise excellent place to stay.

Much need vacation

When I was searching for a vacation rental I came across this one. There was a lot of detail given about the property and what was included in the condo. Kitchen small appliances, etc. The host did a wonderful job explaining everything. Messaged with her couple times before trip and during and she was so easy to communicate with. Will stay again if back in area.

Perfect location for a beach vacation

Being raised in St.augustine ive been to and stayed at alot of locations through out the area. Pats condo was a perfect mix of location/price. We had a family of 5 which fit comfortably (4 would probably be the perfect amount given the sleeping arrangments). The beach is a short 5 min walk down from the condo and the place had everything you would need for a week or two :-) at the beach. The owner was great with communication and accommodations! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again for the great stay!

We flew in from out of state. This condo worked great for our family of four. It had everything we needed for the beach. Pat was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The location is great. Stores, restaurants and many historic sites are all very close. I would stay here again.

Great accommodations and well stocked.

Enjoyed the ease of entering the property to enter the unit and the good beach access. Unit was clean and well stocked with supplies needed to start housekeeping upon arrival. Comfortable furniture and quiet surroundings. Would love to stay in that unit again.

Beautiful property!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Pat responded to our texts quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect for walks to the beach and trips to St Augustine. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Beach chairs and a beach cabana were provided for our use which was a plus for our visit. The pools and landscaping were spectacular! We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area.

St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Condos, St. Augustine, FL - Great Place to Vacation, May 2024

My husband and I had everything we needed and more in this condo. We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Our host was easy to communicate with. The property is well maintained with beautiful flower gardens, two swimming pools, very nice chairs for sunbathing, and tables and chairs with unbrellas in pool area. Crescent Beach is a white sandy beach, wide and good for walking and seeing dolphins swim. R & J White
