This was a perfect place no matter what your interests are. We enjoyed listening to the ocean from the balcony in the evenings. The third floor is perfect as you can see the ocean from your balcony. There is an elevator if you don't do stairs but stairs are located all over. There are 2 pools next to each other and a clean pool deck. The ocean is conveniently right down the boardwalk from the pool and the sand is some of the softest and whitest. The rental is close to everything but yet you feel like that part of the beach is more selcuded which was so relaxing. Easy access to the rental with a door code and beach gate code, so easy. We wanted to ask the owner a question and they responded immediately. Rental had soap, shampoo and conditioner which is very nice if you didn't bring any. Had everything you needed and then some for a relaxing vacation. There also was an entire closet off the balcony filled with everything you would need for a beach day. Absolutely would go back! Whether your there for the beach, pool, ocean, or all the beautiful historical sites of St. Augustine this rental is ideal!

The condo was great! Our host, Pat was easy to reach and was very friendly. It was smaller than I was expecting from the pictures, but it is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. It was very clean and check in and out went smoothly. The views from the porch are amazing and the private beach access was incredible!

There were some nice amenities in the condo such as a keruig style coffeemaker and French press. When it was time to leave there were only a couple of things we needed to do making it easy to check out quickly. The condo has a nice view of the ocean from balcony too. A very pleasant stay. When we had a question our host answered very quickly.

Great location

Check in was easy. The condo was nice and clean, and the kitchen was small but well equipped. Love having in-room laundry! The view from the balcony was great. You can see the ocean. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved our first visit to St. Augustine and hope to be back again soon!

Terrific Place

Our second time staying in this cozy condo. Even though there was some exterior construction and painting going on, we were never inconvenienced. We were alerted about this prior to booking so there were no surprises. Nice that the updating is being done so that this nice complex can be refreshed and safe. Elevators, luggage and shopping carts are very convenient. Everything is comfortable about the condo unit and very easy access to pools and the beach. Great selection of beach needs such as chairs, towels, kids toys, etc. View from balcony is nice. Communication with the host was fantastic and prompt.

Wonderful condo, location, view - and owner!

This was our second time staying in this unit. It's comfortable, well-equiped, and has a lovely ocean view. The condo complex was undergoing some renovations that negatively impacted our stay but Pat was very accommodating in a price adjustment. Can't wait to go back!

St. Augustine vacation

The condo was very clean and well equipped. All the appliances we used worked well. Brother-in-law loved the TV and that he could speak to the remote to change the channel. Condo was quiet and we could not hear any neighbor noise. Parking lot had some flooding from Hurricane Helene until Thursday but plenty of dry spaces. The beach was close and great!
