This was our first stay at a home rental and we enjoyed it immensely. The space was very peaceful and welcoming. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. The location was wonderful and in a cute little neighborhood which was close to the beach and several restaurants. And it was great to stay in a house all to ourselves instead of at a hotel. The hosts were very professional and good with communication. Our entire stay went smoothly.

Wow! What a retreat. Due to surgeries, we had to curtail our 40th anniversary trip. We were looking for a quite place with a pool / hot tub without the neighbors gawking over the fence. This was it. Very clean, quite, and had several restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed eating out back under the tiki hut.The first night, the smoked detector started a slow chirp late in the evening. We called and they came out and fixed it right away. Would definitely would stay here again!

Nice place near St Augustine

Very clean and nice place- bring extra beach towels and learn how to turn on the pool lights, but this place is awesome! Highly recommend! Just a few mike drive from old town.

Love Tiki Time

This is a great property for a group of 10. The kids loved the pool and the outside area. The adults loved visiting outside under the palapa. The home is 0.6 miles from the free beach parking at Butler Beach. We could get to St. Augustine, restaurants, etc in 30 minutes or less. After a busy day in the city it was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood to relax and unwind for the night!

Truly a vacation

The home was exactly as pictured and the communication with the owners was exceptional. The flow of the house was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. We spent so much time in the backyard enjoying the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. Lots of nights were spent playing board games under the tiki hut and the decorative lights and fans made it even more special. It was a quick drive to the beach and some days the kids rode their bikes. We just love St. Augustine and we will be sure to book this house next time we are back in the area.

Home away from Home

Eight family members came together to enjoy a 3 night Concert at the St Augustine Amphitheater, as well as celebrate a husband/father 70th Birthday. We paid extra to gain early entrance. The house has 4 king size bedrooms and 2 bath. The kitchen is spacious, as is the whole house. The biggest draw besides the house eas the outdoor living space… Pool, Tiki Hut w/ table, and a Fire put area. Wonderful location, and quite neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home for future guests. We did have a slight concern on the first day of arrival; however our concern was addressed, and handled quickly.

Tiki Time Birthday

We have stayed at the property on two occasions and it has been an excellent experience both times. I would recommend the home to anyone looking to vacation in the area. The beach (which permits 4x4 on the sand) is in close proximity, the amenities are great, and the home is clean. Historic downtown St. Augustine is a short drive away. I would stay again.

Perfect family beach stsy

We very much enjoyed our time at Tiki time! The home had all the amenities and the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect for relaxing and unwinding as a family. For the first time we traveled with our pets and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Communication with the host was fantastic and quick.

Only real problem was the pool was not clean upon arrival nor was it clean the whole time. There are palm trees at one end and it kept the pool dirty.

75th Birthday

Beautiful home, perfect for parent’s 75th birthday. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Beach access was close enough to walk and there was also plenty of parking if you want to drive. House was well stocked and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property

Excellent stay. The backyard and pool are the main attractions here. It's a great place for kids. The property management team is excellent, with great communication and the property is very clean and well maintained. Two bathrooms is a bit crowded for a four-bedroom property, and the mattresses are not great. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
