As seniors we found the place ill equipped. the shower had a slick floor and no handrails. Also the kitchen area was two steps up and no hand rail. Although there was sleeping for 8 the living area only had a sofa and loveseat. Only two you rise chairs at the kitchen counter and 6 around the table.

This place was stunning walking in. It was so beautiful. I felt safe and comfortable. It is pretty close to the downtown area so we walked everywhere. I will definitely be back! The record player with Ray Charles records was incredible, we felt so close to that history. The hosts were great too, we had a small issue but they were on top of it and fixed it fast. Our 20th Anniversary was great!

Relaxing and fun vacation property

The “Ray Charles” unit was super clean, comfortable and extremely convenient to the city center and beaches, but nice and quiet so we were able to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen great and overall a very nice stay!

Great Location & Stunning Rooftop Views

The Ray (3rd floor with rooftop access) absolutely lived up to expectations! The rooftop view is easily one of the best in the city. The rental itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured - spacious enough for everyone to spread out and relax. The location was perfect - within walking distance to St George Street, great restaurants, and most historic sites.We took a short drive to Crescent Beach one day and also did the Live Music Sunset Sail, which was a blast. Some of the standout restaurants we tried were Maple Street Biscuit Company, Prohibition Kitchen, and Casa Reina Taqueria & Tequila.The property manager was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked. The only small downside was the ice machine not working, but a bag of ice easily fixed that.We’d definitely book this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

March Stay at the Ray!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Ray Penthouse! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries. And just a short Uber ride to the Amp. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to St. Aug!

Anniversary turned evacuation Milt

Beautiful trip for anniversary planned. House is gorgeous and beds comfortable, house clean and host responsive to any need. Due to hurricane we had to evacuate our children here as well host allowed us to stay an extra day to safely get back. Thank you and we would come again for sure and hosts responsive to any need.

The penthouse was very well maintained & kept as a historic building, very spacious and cozy. Great amenities with spectacular rooftop views. Walking distance to main downtown strip and easy access to restaurants and museums. Awesome decor with huge master bathroom. Will repeat on our future trips.
