5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!

We just spent two incredible days at the Palm Street Suite, and everything was simply perfect. The space was incredibly comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. From the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, every detail was spot on. The best part? The beach was just steps away—truly unbeatable! We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Beach Get Away!

My family and i really enjoyed our week long get away. The location was perfect for the beach and restaurant options. We had swafood, burgers, hotdogs, and ice cream all within walking distance. Groceey stores are just a short drive up the road as well. Highly recommend this property!

Great stay in St Augustine

Property is very nice and in a great location on a quiet beach block. I would definitely recommended but do have some suggestions to improve the property. The blinds on the windows are very cheap and can’t be opened or closed. You can pull them up but can’t leave them down and open or close. Would be nice if these were replaced with higher quality blinds or add curtains. There were also no extra blankets and the beds had thin bedding. Supplies were also limited. We were only left with one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Finally there were no mirrors on the walls except in the bathroom. Mirrors would add alot to the unit. We also did not have internet access and there was not a router in the unit that we could find. We ended up using the neighbors WiFi and we didn’t use the TV. There is a small tv in the living room (should be bigger). We contacted the owner about WiFi who told us to reset the router but there wasn’t one. We finally gave up and used the neighbors. Other than those minor complaints, we loved the unit and the location.

Great short vacation

The Palm Tree Suite was the perfect property for our short getaway. The location is excellent, really close to the beach. The appliances modern, new and easy to use. The decoration and furniture made the Palm Tree Suite feel cozy and welcoming.We have been to St Augustine Beach before and this is by far the best property we have been to. Lauren is a great host, very responsive and really patient with the "trillion" of questions I asked.

Quiet, Clean, Perfect Location

We were in town for a wedding with our two children, who are 2 and 1. It was easy to find, in a great location next to the beach, and the second bedroom is huge (perfect for pack and plays or other kids beds). We would love to book again in the future.

Beach Getaway

We come to Saint Augustine every February around Valentines Day to celebrate a local family member's birthday. I am so glad I have found this place. It is fantastic! Walking distance to beaches and restaurants, less than a 5 minute drive to grocery and convenience stores! The water pressure is great and isnt too Florida-y. Its a wonderful rental!! Must stay! We will definitely be back! The ONLY suggestions I have for the owner are putting curtains on the windows and adding a tv and room divider to the two-bed room.

Perfect spot

We stayed to attend Nights of Lights but also wanted to be close to the beach. It was perfect as we booked the Old Town Trolley & caught their beach bus across the street at the Courtyard Marriott. On New Year’s Eve we watched the fireworks from the boardwalk down the street. It was the perfect spot away from the crowds and perfectly situated with the quiet beach & restaurant area. The place was cozy & clean. Just the right size for our party of 5!

Great location

The suite was located an easy and quick walk from the beach and behind a great ice cream shop. It’s centrally located on the strip. The owner provides beach chairs which makes packing much easier. Two good sized parking spaces comes with rental. The outdoor shower was a life saver after a sandy day on the beach. It was perfect for my two teenagers, two queen sized beds in the second bedroom.

Great Spot

perfect 7th street stay

Great St Augustine location.

Not only is this gem of a property within minutes all St Augustine attractions, it is only a few steps to the beach. The unit was spacious, comfy beds, washer/dryer right in unit, and kitchen large enough to make full meals. This was a great unit for our family.
