We took apartment A and B because we had a family wedding. It worked out quite well. The home is near the avenue so there’s plenty of places to walk to.It made it very convenient just to walk to a restaurant or store. The living room was comfortable and so are the beds. I would recommend this to anyone on vacation in Florida .We had wonderful time.

Great location near beaches. Enjoyed the easy walk over the bridge to visit downtown St. Augustine. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. We stayed as large family on both sides and it was wonderful to be so close. Highly recommend

Family vacation

We were within minutes Of everything. Beach, walking distance from downtown area, alligator farm, light house, food. Fireworks right from the front yard or you could walk and watch from the bridge. We definitely plan to go back!

Great Location, Excellent Customer Service

This location was so pleasant. I stayed with a variety of family members ranging from 5 to 92 and everyone loved this duplex. The house was very near to the attractions we wanted to visit, but it was quiet enough to get away from tourists at night. We used the house to cook all of our meals the whole we were in town, and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. All amenities were as expected. We used the Rokus and the Internet while we were there, and nothing was spotty. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking items. The beach toys and chairs were very helpful for our group. Check in and check out expectations were communicated beforehand, and I never had to seek out information that wasn't already provided. The host checked in with me several times, took initiative to make sure we had an amazing stay, and responded quickly when I asked anything. My family commended me on my choice of accommodations, citing the location, the appropriateness for all family members, and the layout and cleanliness of the house.

Long weekend in St. Augustine

Junias was timely communicating and accommodating in a little earlier arrival and extended check-out. Would have liked brighter lights in the bathrooms but everything else was as shown in the photos. Our group was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Area close to downtown St.Augustine so easy to get around. Thank you.

Highly recommend!

Great place for a family /friends vacation getaway! Perfect location to be within walking distance of all there is to see and do in St. Augustine during Nights of Lights . Very nicely appointed and stocked with all that is needed to enjoy your stay . Everything was clean and well organized and we all felt very comfortable staying here and would definitely love to revisit again ! The owner was great to work with , excellent and quick responding friendly communication and guidance for our visit - thank you !!
