From the main room, cook, dine and lounge while still enjoying nature's views - the ultimate Florida lifestyle! The outdoor lower level boasts a water view hot tub spa, propane BBQ and propane fire pit along the water's edge. With the nearby beaches, parks, and boat ramp just a block away on Green Rd, this home ensures a peaceful, yet adventurous stay. It’s ideal for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway, while still being close to the vibrant history and culture of Historic Downtown St. Augustine.



    THE PROXIMITY: Boat lovers dream! Soak it all in! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the driveway and then launch them into the intracoastal at the public launch right at the end of the block at Green Rd!! Couldn't be any more convenient! The public beach access to walk or drive on is also only a 2 blocks away at the intersection of Green Road and A1A, where a safety crosswalk and stoplight has been installed for safe passage for your family or group across the highway to the beach access. Minutes from Matanzas Inlet, where you can park your car and walk on to the beach! Also near Washington Oaks State Park and Marineland, for a day of adventure in Palm Coast. 10 minutes from a Winn Dixie grocery store. Nearby restaurants and bars include: Back 40 A1A Beachside, The Sand Bar, Commanders Oyster Bar, Fusion 904, and Viola's Pizza. In St. Augustine Beach we have a variety of attractions and restaurants and bars for your enjoyment, just 10 minutes north, plus drive on beach access at A Street if you have 4-wheel drive.



    THE SPACE: This beautifully renovated home provides both comfort and style. The fully loaded kitchen features a center island to make entertaining your group seamless! The primary bedroom includes a desk and office chair to make the perfect work-from-home space! Bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower tub combination. Outdoors, enjoy the expansive deck during sunset! A washer and dryer are included in the closet off of the kitchen. A propane BBQ is available on the ground floor under the carport for your convenience. Enjoy the fire pit and outdoor dining table as well downstairs.



    OPEN LIVING: The main level features an open concept living, kitchen and dining room.The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.



    THE LAYOUT: This home has a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout.

    Guest Bedroom: 2 twin beds

    Guest Bathroom: Full guest bath located in the hall outside of the bedrooms with a shower/tub combination



    LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.



    PARKING: There’s plenty of parking in the driveway as well as under the carport

    BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches. You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park to park and walk over onto the beach. If you have 4 wheel drive, you can head to A Street in St. Augustine Beach to drive on to the beach.



    *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces.



    The Neighborhood:

    Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community.



    The boat ramp is right at the end of the street at Green Road. Bring your boat and jet ski's along and drop them in just half a block away!!



    Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.



    A close and convenience restaurant a few minutes drive north is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla and Jerk Chicken Tacos! Other nearby restaurants and bars include: The Sand Bar, Commanders Oyster Bar, Fusion 904, and Viola's Pizza



    Getting Around:

    We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



    Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly!



    WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.
