Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo in good shape, nicely decorated etc. A couple of minor comments would be sliding patio door very hard to open, and I found 3 door knobs were all loose, so I tightened them. Also you need more than two tee towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third vacation at Summerhouse and each time our vacation there gets better. Very relaxing, quite, clean and made new friends. This vacation was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation , sad about that we would have loved to stay. Plan to spend more time at Summerhouse.

We have stayed at Summerhouse before and enjoy the camaraderie of the residents there and the location is perfect for us to visit relatives who live in Florida. There are also many good restaurants in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Summerhouse many times, and it has always been great-- except that the beds are terrible wherever we've stayed. Another couple accompanied us-- stayed in a different unit-- and reported that their beds were awful as well. I had to sleep on the couch for the last three nights. Please buy new beds!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a our first year in this condo. So very well appointed. We have re booked for next year. We did have an issue at check in that the condo had not been cleaned as it was supposed to have been. The twin bed sheets hadn't been changed and the guest bath hadn't been cleaned. They sent someone over to remedy the issue. I addressed this with summerhouse management and they assured me that they would address it.

Nice renovated condo

The condo was nice! All the furniture was new, comfortable and provided the comforts of home. The flooring was perfect for beach condo and easy to care for. Nicely tiled showers. We loved how private this section of the beach was even on a popular week in the summer! The grounds are immaculate! The only negative of unit 128 was the we could hear every sound from the upstairs unit. The family above us had 2 young children and we were woken up very early each day by the pitterpatting of feet! If you want do not want to hear thumps and walking, rent the 2nd floor units. Overall, we loved the area and the beach!
