Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. While public transportation is limited, the Sunshine Bus Company operates local routes, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Bike rentals can also be found nearby, providing a convenient way to explore historic downtown, local shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short ride away.

    - A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

    - Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

    - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

    - Guests must climb stairs at the property.

    - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

    - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

    - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

    - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

    - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

    - There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

    - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

    - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

    - For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

    - Pets are not allowed.

    - Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

Treehouse Tropical Treasure

Beautiful tropical retreat off the beaten path, but within walking distance to all the attractions--including Starbucks. We named the screened-in porch our breakfast treehouse, because it was surrounded by beautiful Live Oaks and we always enjoyed having our breakfast amongst the trees and "above it all".

Great Location

I rent a lot of VRBOs, so going to try to share the things I look for.Pros - This property is in a great location within walking distance to downtown St Augustine and historic St George street. My son and I loved walking everywhere, and discovering the lake/river right at the end of the road. -The interior of the property is beautifully decorated and comfortable, exactly as in the pictures.-Beds super comfortably and AC works great!-Having off street parking was a huge plus!Cons-The property was fairly clean, but floors were gritty and definitely not vacuumed before our stay.-Only the very basics for kitchen and bathroom are provided, so plan accordingly. No salt or pepper or any other spices in kitchen, no water or ice dispenser, only travel sized tubes of shampoo, conditioner, etc.-Front porch is lovely but the patio furniture is as in the pictures and is super uncomfortable. Also, the porch is screened in, but theres no door, so not exactly keeping bugs out.-Strangest thing, there was a huge pile of trash in between this unit and the neighbor. Looked like maybe a shed collapsed and the neighbor hasnt cleaned it up. However theres debris, broken glass, and trash everywhere on the side of the unit. It was really strange.-You cannot check in early unless you pay for it. They literally send you the code right when the clock hits 4pm. We definitely had a comfortable stay, and this is a good home base if youre exploring St Augustine.

We had a nice stay - no lake view but the best thing is that it is 1/2 block from a Hop on Hop off Trolley Stop! Worked out perfectly! Very small but still worked for four. Kitchen has the basics but pizza pan doesn’t fit in oven and no strainer for pasta. Kindly left water and ice in fridge since fridge didn’t have an icemaker or water filter. Dishwasher is a nice extra but it wasn’t attached to the cabinetry so don’t have two full racks out at same time. TV has lots of streaming services. Property management company provided all necessary information. No foil or plastic wrap or baggies so bring your own. Comfortable beds and shared bathroom was a tiny Jack and Jill between the bedrooms. Smoke detector in kitchen was removed which we noticed the first time we turned the dirty oven on and smoke billowed out. Luckily the kitchen window could be opened. New appliances, tastefully decorated and was a good use of small space! Overall we were happy with our stay and particularly the proximity to Historic St Augustine and the Trolley stops.
