Great stay for family of 4

Had all the things we needed. I would recommend going to the condo first before you go to the Winn-Dixie or Publix just down the road. Easy check out. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Roku TV. Cable upstairs in the master. Great beds. No water pressure issues or anything that would leave a negative impression. We like to stay somewhere new every year, otherwise I would book again for sure.

My Favorite Vacation Spot

If your looking for a Super Clean, Beautifully Decorated and Fully equipped Beachfront Condo this is your Gem. Everything about this location is absolutely PERFECT!! The Kitchen has everything you could need to cook in or heat up food. The bathrooms have soap, Shampoo, Conditioner and on overabundance of Bath and Beach Towels. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, the view of the pool and beach from the balcony is stunning! Another thing we really love is the stocked closets with Fans, Blankets, Sheets, Pool and Beach toys...oh and the pictures of how the cabinets should be left....Great job Guys, We will be booking for next year again!

Relaxing get away

This is a great place for a small group to gather to sight see, relax and spend time together. Check in and out was easy, the condo was clean and well supplied. I recommend it for a St Augustine stay!

Too Many Not Good Surprises

1. The unit, is starting to show significant wear and tear. Bathroom plumbing, front door, dishwasher, a few electrical outlets all need repaired/replace.2. The units in the Spanish Trace compound were all being painted. We were not notified of this at booking. Part of vacation is sleeping in but every morning at 800am the very loud and noisy gas powered lift machine and painters began work. In addition to accommodate the painting the lanai chairs were removed and never returned so we could not sit on the patio.3. The walk to the beach was not nearly as simple as outlined in the VRBO ad. We had to transverse a dune and then about 4 lanes of very soft sand that were used by vehicles driving onto the strand. There were also lots of dogs and bicycles on the beach.

A beautiful location

This condo was perfect for our family. The pool area was nice, clean, and quiet. The condo itself was nice and the location was great. Easy check in and check out. The amount of information given was excellent. I would stay here again when I come back to St. Augustine.

Spring Break

Loved the quiet, well maintained grounds of Spanish Trace. The condo had a great view of the pool and ocean. The condo overall was great. While there was plenty of space for all of us some sort of shelves or storage in the bathrooms would have been nice. The location was perfect in that it was a little quieter away from St. Augustine but a short 15 minute drive to get downtown. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was a beautiful area.

The location was great. There was a nice pool at the complex and a short walk to the beach. The host responded quickly when we asked a question. It was a very nice condo and close proximity to beach and site seeing activities.

Great St. Augustine Beach Getaway

This condo was perfect for my two sisters and I. It was very clean, well appropriated, and the location really cannot be beat. Nice view of the pool and ocean from the surprisingly roomy deck! I recommend this property without reservation. We were thrilled to find, not only very comfortable beach chairs, but coolers AND ice packs in the freezer. Above and beyond in our eyes. Loved 232 Spanish Trace and would definitely come back again.

The condominium was as advertised only better. It was very well maintained and extraordinarily well organized down to the smallest detail which is very helpful. Owner has done a wonderful job. Great location. On the beach yet still close to the attractions.

Excellent location

The property is exactly as described. Easy walk to the beach and the pool is perfect after a day at the beach. Quiet location with easy access to Restaurants and shopping. We never had to contact the owner because everything was perfect.

Great family friendly condo with everything you need!

We love Spanish trace and enjoyed this unit. Gerry takes great pride in making sure you’re comfortable and goes the extra mile to ensure the extra perks like beach chairs and wagon are included. Super plus for a family of four! Gerry was also super responsive with any needs we had!
