The condo was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The pool was a great relaxation for the kids in the evening. I wish I had been able to use the workout room / fitness facility as none of the codes worked to get in the building, and we never heard back on our inquiry about it. Outside of that, it was a great experience. I would recommend the condo and the property managers to anyone.

Excellent Property Close to Beach!

We spent Easter at the condo. Walked to beach daily. Owners had beach toys and cart to get chairs, cooler, sand toys, etc. Restaurants close within walking distance. Hosts sent all information in a timely manner. They made it so easy. Will be coming back!!

Great location, clean unit

Great location for a beach vacation with other outings. Have to walk across A1A for beach access but it’s a very short walk and the beach itself is great. My kids love east coast boogie boarding and this beach had no rocks which are common in other areas. We loved beaching AND seeing the sights in St. Augustine which are a very short 7 ish minute drive. The unit itself was clean and the bunk beds were full top and bottom WITH an additional trundle pull out. There are a lot of units in this condo building but in early June the pool was never crowded, only a handful of people there. We will return. Thanks!

the unit was so dirty that they gave our cleaning fee back , the main gate to get in and out of was changed 3rd day, we were never told this, my husband had to crawl under the fence to let us in! beds/ horrible! hair in all beds, dirty dishes, a razor was left in one of the bathrooms! there are several building on this property, all of the buildings are labeled by a letter on the front of each building, we couldn’t find the right unit bc they never told us which unit , so my husband had walked into the wrong unit the only info they gave us was it was on the SW side ? there are 3 that are SW of the property ! i could go on, but we will not be back !!!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and the unit is as described. This condo complex is popular VRBO destination. No issues getting in and out of the unit but we had troubles with the complex walk through gates. We were no alone in that but people came along and let us in. Great location within walking distance distance of several good restaurants and a doughnut shop (winner!).

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo with an excellent location! Our family loved the access to the beach and pool, as well as the walkability of the neighborhood. Danny was easy to get ahold of and was quick to address any questions we had. We will definitely recommend to friends!

This condo and property were well-maintained and groomed. It was very spacious and well stocked. Communication with the few minor issues were open and timely. Location to restaurants and beach were awesome and just a short driving distance to shopping and sightseeing/attractions. Our vacation was very enjoyable and would stay here again.

Pool issues

Everything was wonderful regarding the condo, and the management was extremely responsive. There was one major issue though we had no use of the pool because they decided to close it down for the weekend and had I known that I would’ve stayed somewhere else. It’s very disappointing to pay that much money and not be able to use a pool especially when you’re handicap and not able to walk all the way to the beach and there’s high tide at the beach anyways so you don’t have full use of that With all the rocks in the way. My kids were extremely bored without a pool. We had to go into downtown and spend more money to find things to do.

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful vacation in St Augustine at this beautiful condo! The location of the condo is great! The condo itself was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Danny was great to work with from the time we booked until the day we arrived on-site! He answered all of my questions and was very helpful! We highly recommend this condo!!

Great unit, great owner

Stay was great. What a great area. 10 minutes to just about anything in the big city. Lots within walking distance. Great communication with owner. Checked on us a couple times. Place was clean, lots of room, pool was great. 1 block to beach and pier. 3 blocks to south end of Anastasia state park. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Gated community was nice. Definitely stay with them again.

Awesome St Augustine

Had a great time. Accommodations were great, perfectly located to many restaurants, just a skip away from the beach. Only catches were we never received a parking pass (visitor) from property manager so we were worried our car would be towed. Also tvs weren’t smart tvs so no streaming Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney, etc. Loved the pool area and pond with turtles.
