This was the cleanest, best-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Beatrix supplies tp, hand soap, paper towels, beach towels-everything! Renters only need to bring clothes, food and kitchen essentials. The unit is spacious with a lovely porch and yard where kids can play. And just a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was just right and the rates were very reasonable! We had an issue with the door lock day because the batteries ran out and Beatrix came right over. The only thing the unit doesn’t have is filtered water, so if you want filtered water, you’ll need to bring your own filtration pitcher or buy water. But the stay was so reasonable and lovely that we didn’t mind that!

We always rent from Beatrix!

This trip is the 3rd time we have rented from Beatrix! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 8. I love this villa. The layout plus the screened on area gives us places to spread out while the kids play. I really appreciate the private outdoor shower when coming back from the beach and that there is a door we can close between bedrooms and the main living area. It makes mornings and nights so much better!Our kids also used the outdoor screened porch a lot. They enjoyed seeing cranes and ducks and it was very peaceful.Her property is always very clean and Beatrix has great communication. If you have a question or concern she is very responsive. It also is always stocked with detergent etc.This year we had our kiddos recreate a photo at the property!

FABULOUS!! Townhouse was super clean, very homey and well equipped with everything needed. Beds are very comfy. The screen in porch with the pond view was great for evening dinners. Owner is SUPER friendly making sure our stay was great. Home is close to beach, pool and tennis courts. We will definitely be coming back next year!!

Beautiful Condo

Condo is well maintain, the area is quiet and family friendly, and the owner of the condo is wonderful. The beach is beautiful and there is a lot to do in the town.

One of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

This was literally one of the nicest places we have stayed at in Saint Augustine. Mrs. Beatrix was super nice and the communication was top-notch!You literally have everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. From beach toys, cooler box, chairs, beach umbrella, even fun, boogie boards for the kiddos. I’ve never said this, not even about my own house, but I think you probably could eat off the floors, not that I would try, but it was just so clean and smelled so nice. The details that she put in every room will make you feel right at home. This place is very highly recommended and in such a cute quiet area. The beach was literally just a short walk, I never got tired walking to the beach, even with small children. If you don’t wanna walk, it’s about 60 yards for you to drive on the beach from this wonderful place . Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be returning to this exact location!!! There is no other place in Saint Augustine for us but here!

Hidden gem!

We had a wonderful vacation at Beatrix' house and we cannot wait to come back! While we have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, this has been by far the best and we felt right at home from the very first day. The townhouse location is terrific, with parking directly in front and only a short walk (less than 5 min) to two pools and a beautiful beach. We loved that the villa is a bit separate from the affiliated condo buildings as it was more quiet and privat. The townhouse itself was spotless clean and was so well maintained, it felt more like staying at a friend's house rather than a rental. Many previous rentals we stayed in had a slight feeling of neglect, with dust in the corners, grimy floors or uncomfortable sofas/rickety chairs. Not at Beatrix' house! It is beautifully furnished and everything clean and in perfect working condition. The floors were spotless, the sofas and beds comfortable and the kitchen well appointed with a large assortment of table ware, pots and pants. All appliances were like new and the wifi great (we have 2 gamer boys who can attest to that!). The greatest difference made Beatrix attention to detail: ground coffee and Keurig capsules for our first morning coffee, kitchen towels, hand soap at every sink (a must with children), extra toilet paper & paper towels, a linen closet with extra towels (kitchen/beach/bath/hand) and bed linens, laundry detergent and supplies. As a mom of 3: Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Beatrix!

Comfortable and easy beach trip!

Beatrix is a gem! She responds quickly to any questions and made a last minute booking easy on us. We checked out yesterday, and she quickly let me know I accidentially left my straigthening iron and Dyson Airwrap under the sink and they're already on the way back to me! The townhome is very comfortable, with lots of room to hang out together in the living room. The beach is a short easy walk, and we loved spending time at the two pools after hours at the beach. Unloading/loading the car was convenient because parking is directly in front of the townhome, and it's easy to run out to the store or to spend time in Historic St. Augustine. We would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation

We had a great time in St. Augustine and would stay here again. The house is very well kept and was stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and Tennis club was a plus. Beatrix made sure we knew where everything was located, provided maps and brochures, and communicated upon arrival and during the week to make sure we were good. Thank you!

Short walk to the beach

Lovely home. Kitchen is very well equipped. Nice view of pond from the back lanai.5 min walk to 2 pools or beach, which has a wide gradual slope which is great for children. Living room furniture could have been more suited for older folks!

Wonderful birthday get away!

Beatrix was great to work with. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Her home is wonderful! It's so comfortable & cheery, and so well appointed that, you won't need anything! We so enjoyed starting our day on the patio with coffee, and ending it with a glass of wine. One of the best aspects of this home is that, its's a quick walk to the beach! St Augustine was great, with lots of activities, places to see, and wonderful food. We would welcome the opportunity to work with Beatrix again for another 'get away' trip! Thanks Beatrix!

Beautiful rental! Close to the beach!

This rental was perfect! The townhouse was only a short walk thru the parking lot and down a boardwalk to the beach. It had absolutely everything needed for a relaxing, stress free week at the beach. The townhouse was extremely clean. The screened in back patio overlooking the cute pond out back was an added bonus. Beatrix was the best host ever. She made check in so easy and the rental was even available for an early check in. This was by far my familys most favorite beach rental! We hope to return soon!

Awesome Villa

My stay at this villa was perfect. The location is so close to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Everything thing that you would need is there. Beds very comfortable and it was very quite. It was my first time here but hopefully I will be back next year. You will not be disappointed.

Great family condo!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here, it is the perfect location!! You are a short few minute walk to the beach which is beautiful for sunrises, have four different pools you can use, and the condo itself has everything you need. From extra towels and linens to dishes, cookware and coffee maker, and appliances you only need to bring yourself and your clothes. This is a wonderful condo for a family vacation. Fabulous Villa

This Villa / condo is simply fabulous. The layout is great with easy parking and easy access to the beach / water. Beatrix goes the extra mile because she provides very nice sheets and towels. These luxuries are not the typical fare provided at other VRBO properties. She also provides napkins, Kleenex, and washing detergent. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful St Augustine Beach Villa

This is a wonderful place to stay. The moment you walk in it’s big, airy and clean. You have everything you’ll ever need for a beach stay. There’s a lovely water view off the back enclosed patio. Beatrix was so sweet and very accommodating to our needs. This villa is decorated so beautifully. The beds are very comfortable. We plan on booking this rental again when we come out to see our daughter. You won’t regret staying here.
