More than 5 star!

This is the perfect location for a stay on Saint Augustine Beach. The condo is roomy and comfortable and the view is outstanding. The beach is at your backdoor and is uncluttered and beautiful. You can walk to restaurants and shops or head into Saint Augustine for a different experience. I would love to return and spend more time!

Excellent beachfront location

This two bedroom unit is on the 2nd and 3rd (top two) floors of the six unit building, two bedrooms up (with balcony) and living room kitchen and dining area on the 2nd floor (with another balcony). Awesome beach/ocean views from both floors, dune ramp to beach is right next to the building. 5 minute walk to main strip of Beach A1A with great restaurants and a fabulous diner. Really nothing negative to say, but if you will be there for a week and have luggage, the stairs could pose a challenge. We had a great time.

Wonderful view from decks and location

Because of airline delays we arrived a day late... note to self, buy travel insurance to avoid paying for days not used. Communication with rental agency/host was very good. Great parking and outstanding rental location...beach, view, restaurants, beach shopping, access to historic St. Augustine. The rental was spotless and very well appointed for a beach apartment. Very quiet neighborhood and seconds of walking to reach the beach. We had a great view of the wharf for New Year's Eve fireworks from the deck without having to walk up the beach in the crowds. Otherwise the beach was never crowded and some spectacular sunrise views from the upstairs bedroom/deck. There are modest stair climbs to the apartment entrance and then up another flight to the bedrooms. Well worth the effort. Wonderful open feeling to the living room and bed room with all the windows. We enjoyed good food at local restaurants - several walkable -even more just a few minutes of driving. Reservations were helpful. It was a great experience for a winter break and nearly a week of relaxation.

Beach re-construction hindered relaxation

We were not told about the beach re-construction that was going on. It ran 24/7 with heavy equipment noise all day and all night for the entire week. The last 4 days they were working directly in front of our condo. We paid extra for the ability to walk straight out to the beach, but the construction blocked off access and forced us to walk several hundred yards to access the beach/ocean. Also, "No Elevator" needs to be more prominent in the ad. Made it very difficult for older weaker guests.

Amazing Views & Convenient Location

Our family is one that tries to spend as little time as possible inside a unit/hotel room while on vacation. That was no different during this trip, but with the views we had inside this unit it added to the greatness of our trip! Waking up to beautiful sunrises every morning, beautiful views of the beach while eating lunch & getting ready for afternoon/evening adventures, and being high enough up to catch a beautiful sunset as well. The location cannot get any better; walking down the steps to be right at the beach entry and well positioned around great restaurants & shops. The only “negatives” (which were minor) of the unit are the master tub/shower did not drain well at all (you would quickly be standing in ankle deep water while showering, so I opted to shower in the hall bathroom instead), the master bath sink did not have much room to put stuff like tooth brushes, tooth paste, & other necessities which felt awkward at times, the foyer light did not work, and it’s time for a new front door & lock (door is cracked in spots to where you can see light through it and the lock is loose). Again, these were minor things that did not take away from an amazing stay. If this unit is available for the week you’re looking at jump on it NOW!

Amazing view

Very comfortable condo with the best view. The beach access is right next to the condo. The condo is at the end so it has views on two sides. I will note one consideration if you are traveling with children. The windows are floor to ceiling, which is great for the view, but there are no screens. Therefore, a child could potentially fall out if the window was open. Other than that, the condo could use a chair or two in the living room if traveling with more than a few people. We would definitely book again.

Great Place and Location

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here. We truly had a great time. The unit was a mix of recent updates and simplicity. There's a lot of stuff close by: Cafe 11 is basically across the street for a morning caffeine dose, donut shop down the street along with a bunch of restaurants. I personally think this is the best location in all of St. Augustine.

Great Location

Location was just steps from the ocean and a short drive to historic St. Augustine downtown. Overall very clean and well maintained. Only issue was 1 of the windows leaked during a heavy rain storm but property mgt was quick to respond. Great trip, would definitely return.

Spring Break

The condo was everything we hoped for. Gorgeous views of the ocean and very easy access to the beach. The beach was not crowded and we could walk to nearby restaurants. The condo itself was perfect for our party of four. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Beautiful views

The property is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of the beach. Had some issues with the TVs - one in master bedroom would not work even after realtor came over to check it out, and the main TV in living room sometimes would not work properly. Very low water pressure in 2nd floor hall bathroom. Condo was mostly clean, but needs some updating and touch up. Overall, it was a nice stay.
