Madonna and Al were the most gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome in the city they now call home. They communicated with us before our arrival, to make sure everything went smoothly, gave us a tour of the property when we arrived, and touched base with us during our stay to make sure we were content. Their condo was immaculate, ideally located in a beautiful golf community, and close to dining, shopping, and the historic district of St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway and, when we are back for another visit, will definitely stay there again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks in the kitchenette, and an inviting welcome from our host! The pool and hot tub were amazing and we could not have ask for anything more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The hosts provided such thoughtful touches as water, snacks, and best of all, a nightlight in the bathroom! The community is lovely, and the pool area very relaxing. Only about a 30 minute drive to the historic area. Great stay, thank you!

Best hosts...great property!

The best communication with a property owner we have experienced with vrbo. Well appointed, clean, tastefully decorated and quiet all apply here. Beautiful facilities facilities. Even the bath towels are pure luxury. Book here and you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location

This is the second summer we have stayed at this condo. The owners are great - so accommodating, easy to work with, communication is excellent. The area is really nice! Close to all of the tourist areas around St Augustine and Jacksonville and the beaches, but not so close that you feel overwhelmed by all of the traffic and people. Really love staying here!

Wonderful condo

Everything from start to finish was great! Owners are easy to work and were very accommodating. Madonna met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the area and the grounds. Condo was clean, comfortable land well stocked. Just a pleasure!

Perfect location and condo

I stayed for two weeks. The owners are very easy to work with - they respond to questions quickly. They were kind enough to give a tour of the facilities. The surrounding area is beautiful - plenty of wildlife. Great place to walk! Very safe. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The condo is close to everything in the Jacksonville and St Augustine areas. We will be back next summer for a longer stay!Thecondo has everything you need!

Quiet, peaceful, and serene

Property owners are gracious and professional. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The community is so peaceful and safe. A perfect retreat for a couple, a single's quiet getaway, or for business traveler's who want to unwind after a hectic day. There are plenty of amenties too, if that is your desire; pools, waking trail, fitness center, and on-site golf club restaurant. Have no second thoughts about staying at this property.

Perfect Getaway!

This beautiful, spacious and very comfortable studio was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and more! The Laterra grounds are beautiful and the amenities plentiful. Our host Al was remarkable, he even offered to pick us up at the airport when our car rental wasn’t available! I would not hesitate to visit again.

Al and Madonna

These are some of the greatest folks walking this Earth. Timely, efficient, kind, wholesome, and truly take pride in what they do. I haven’t experienced a better start than here. Met me on day one, took me in his car to show me around the facilities and neighborhood. The place is clean and orderly. Highly recommend staying here with these lovely people in their lovely home.

Amazing

Al was the host with the most. He greeted us and then gave us a shuttled tour of the property. Then Al showed us to our room and shared all the details about the areas. This was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had so far. I will definitely stay in touch and stay here again.
