This property is much more tired than pictures show and not as clean as I’d expect. Great location on Butler Beach and great communication.

Room was very nice & equipped for our stay. The beach was a short walk through the complex. The stairway was a bit steep & narrow, as the room was on 3rd floor. I will do that differently next time.

A wonderful stay at a great location! Marlene was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The condo was well supplied for our needs. It was perfect for the adults, teens, and fur babies!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Marlene (the host) and this condo. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept. It was the most stocked place I have ever stayed. Beach chairs, towels, toiletries, etc. It is pet friendly and you would never know dogs go there. It smells so clean and nice. The pools, hot tub and beach are all walking distance. The dumpster is super convienent right across parking lot from condo. It has multiple places to sleep and was a comfortable sleep as well. Plenty of beds, mattresses, pillows and blankets. The bathrooms are very clean and well kept. There is a nice little front and back balcony that sat my whole family for amazing morning coffee sits and evening chill after a busy day. We had no issues at all and absolutely will go back yearly.

Great Location, Although Property Needs Love

We really enjoyed our time in St. Augustine and the property is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately the unit needs some attention as it wasn't very clean and the building itself looks to be worn and in need of renovating. We contacted the owner about the cleanliness after checking in. Although there was a quick response and the cleaning crew came back out, it still wasn't completely clean (mildew in the shower, oven was dirty and air vents in bathrooms were filthy.) It was clear that it was only a surface clean vs. a thorough deep clean. Given that we were staying for a week, it made us uneasy. Other items needed attention (such as a loose towel rack in the bathroom and paint peeling in the kitchen and bathrooms). We ultimately enjoyed our stay, but can't in good faith recommend this unit to others given the condition it was in.

Family spring break getaway

Property was as described, clean, plenty of amenities. Lots of seating and beds,no complaints from us. balcony was great for relaxing outside, the pools and hut tubs are close, we had a great time.its very quiet at night no loud parties. A good place to go with kids. Beautiful beach also. Host was friendly and communicated well,would definitely recommend

Hibiscus stay

My wife and I along with two family friends really enjoyed our stay for the past week. The house was very nice and in a really good spot compared to where the beach is. We will definitely be back!

Pseperfect beach house!!!

Been coming back to.Marlene's beautiful condo for many years now. As, usual, everything is perfect:: location easy maybe 5 minute walk from your door to the dunes. 3 clean, refreshing pools down your stairs, easy 5 minute drive to grocery stores and many restaurants.. and lovely st. Augustine is closeby for fun souvenir shopping. And the condo itself is so pretty with great decor and equipped with all you need just like you have at home. WIth a fully stocked kitchen, modern appiances washer and dryer. And it is so clean. We.love it, and know you wil too!

Great for family vacation or getaway!

Marlene was such a great host! Everything was just like she said and very informative. Location is good and a small walk the beach. This 3rd floor condo had all our family needed! The ac was great with ceiling fans as well. Great restaurants in the area! Definitely go to Parlor Donuts while you’re there! I cannot say enough about Marlene… she was kind and replied fast if we had a question. Great host! We have a great time there!

Girls trip

Despite the weather being a little rainy we had a great time. Everything was as pictured. Quick walk to the beach and a few steps from the pool! Marlene was very thorough giving up all the necessary info and codes. Teenage girls had no complaints they had their own space and bathroom.

Relaxing and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay here at the condo. The location to the pool is soooo great! Extremely close, the beach isn’t too far. The condo had everything that we needed. Location was great, only thing I feel I should mention for reviews is that the parking lot can not accommodate trailers. Not even a small cute 5’x8’ box trailer is allowed to be dropped on the property. We had to find a storage space near by to leave it which was a bit of an inconvenience. But this is not a reflection of the property owner and she was very good at making sure we knew the rules and suggestions for how we could work around it all. Overall our stay was great & we got some much needed R&R. Also I’ll mention that all of the residents that we met on the property were Soooo friendly! People were very helpful and all really nice. Says a lot for the overall quality of the place. We would absolutely visit again cause we really enjoyed ourselves. The stairs are definitely a thing lol This is a 3rd floor unit. The fewer trips up and down, the better: ) Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Beach family vaca

Overall clean place. The heated pool across the parking lot from the condo was our go to. Walk to the beach was nice. I would recommend bringing your own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Not enough provided for our 5 night stay but there is a couple of grocery stores within driving distance. Very nice TV in the living room area and the furniture is pretty comfortable. Great table for meals and playing games with a good selection of games. Overall good place to stay.

Cozy stay

Property was conveniently located to restaurants and activities.. Plenty of room for sleeping and equipped with enough towels, blankets, and pillows. Had an abundance of very nice beach chairs available for use. We really liked the fact that there were three pools available on the property, Would come back for another stay in the future for sure
