The floors were dirty, even though they looked clean because my socks kept getting dirty… 2 of the amenities, were shut down; the clubhouse & weight room… but the owner was super nice and super easy to get in touch with. We did have to wait an extra hour to get into our room because the back door needed fixing but they fixed it.

This property was clean and well maintained. The property also has an overnight security team which was a great bonus. The condo was clean, well organized and so very comfortable. The host was accommodating to our early entry and very welcoming. We didn’t not want to leave. Totally enjoyed our stay.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Marlene (the host) and this condo. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept. It was the most stocked place I have ever stayed. Beach chairs, towels, toiletries, etc. It is pet friendly and you would never know dogs go there. It smells so clean and nice. The pools, hot tub and beach are all walking distance. The dumpster is super convienent right across parking lot from condo. It has multiple places to sleep and was a comfortable sleep as well. Plenty of beds, mattresses, pillows and blankets. The bathrooms are very clean and well kept. There is a nice little front and back balcony that sat my whole family for amazing morning coffee sits and evening chill after a busy day. We had no issues at all and absolutely will go back yearly.

Great Location, Although Property Needs Love

We really enjoyed our time in St. Augustine and the property is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately the unit needs some attention as it wasn't very clean and the building itself looks to be worn and in need of renovating. We contacted the owner about the cleanliness after checking in. Although there was a quick response and the cleaning crew came back out, it still wasn't completely clean (mildew in the shower, oven was dirty and air vents in bathrooms were filthy.) It was clear that it was only a surface clean vs. a thorough deep clean. Given that we were staying for a week, it made us uneasy. Other items needed attention (such as a loose towel rack in the bathroom and paint peeling in the kitchen and bathrooms). We ultimately enjoyed our stay, but can't in good faith recommend this unit to others given the condition it was in.

Family spring break getaway

Property was as described, clean, plenty of amenities. Lots of seating and beds,no complaints from us. balcony was great for relaxing outside, the pools and hut tubs are close, we had a great time.its very quiet at night no loud parties. A good place to go with kids. Beautiful beach also. Host was friendly and communicated well,would definitely recommend

Relaxing and Convenient

We had a wonderful stay here at the condo. The location to the pool is soooo great! Extremely close, the beach isn’t too far. The condo had everything that we needed. Location was great, only thing I feel I should mention for reviews is that the parking lot can not accommodate trailers. Not even a small cute 5’x8’ box trailer is allowed to be dropped on the property. We had to find a storage space near by to leave it which was a bit of an inconvenience. But this is not a reflection of the property owner and she was very good at making sure we knew the rules and suggestions for how we could work around it all. Overall our stay was great & we got some much needed R&R. Also I’ll mention that all of the residents that we met on the property were Soooo friendly! People were very helpful and all really nice. Says a lot for the overall quality of the place. We would absolutely visit again cause we really enjoyed ourselves. The stairs are definitely a thing lol This is a 3rd floor unit. The fewer trips up and down, the better: ) Thanks for the beautiful stay!
