Honest review: The cute small home is located in a nice neighborhood. Walkable distance from downtown and all bars/ restaurants. It's very clean and basic essentials were provided. It even has a washer and dryer. You could hear people upstairs walking back and forth early morning and late night. The sliding door for bathroom from the kitchen wouldn't close completely as it gets stuck with kitchen countertop leaving some space. Overall it was great!

The room was in a great location! We were able to walk to the historic downtown area with all the shops and to the bridge of Lions, etc. and walk around to see the Nights of Lights. We liked that the place had a parking spot in the back of the property to use. It was clean too! The host Lizy was kind and available, responding to my texts as needed

Great for couples vacay

The place was clean and organized. No issues with hearing neighbors. Small but the perfect size for 2 people. Location was great, like a 12 minute walk from St. George Street where we frequented multiple times for food and activities. We didn’t have any issues at all. Cute place!

Lovely

Everything about this stay was lovely. Lizy clearly cares about her units and her guests, and she was a wonderful hostess. We drove to St. Augustine's Beach (beautiful) one day, about a 20-minute drive, but we mostly walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the front porch. There are countless restaurants/bars/historical sites within walking distance. We enjoyed dinner at Fish Camp, The Ice House and La Nouvelle Bistro. We also explored The Distillery, Dog Rose Brewery and River and Fort's rooftop deck, located directly across from the Castillo, St. Augustine's famous fort. This quaint city is worth the trip, and this unit was perfect for taking advantage of all it had to offer.

Quaint Apartment

The accommodations were perfect! The kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom make the best use of a small space. The host communicated immediately. The location was a short walk to downtown. We will definitely come back.

A place to lay your head

The room worked for what we needed. A weekend getaway and very close to downtown. Great neighborhood! You can walk to many places and even hop on/off the trolley and enjoy a nice ride around town. The bathroom was a little awkward with a large window with the front porch sitting area directly outside. Super low shower water pressure and a sliding door that doesn't provide complete privacy. Parking is as described.

“Quaint” is right!

Tiny also applies. But as advertised. Great bathroom. Two things in bedroom. Mattress sags a tad on left side near edge. AC/heating window unit did not initially work. Found the fault was the plug, as the cord was too tight and would pull the plug loose a little.The location was just fine, in a residential area, an easy walk to downtown.

Small but nice

Very clean apartment. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable but honestly we weren’t there much to use it. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Convenient location as well. Would recommend if only going for 2-3 days but not longer.

Great location. Walked every day to the town center and very close to The Ice Plant and San Sebastián Winery (which had a great rooftop bar). Never heard other guests staying onsite.
