Property manager was a joy to work with and check in and out were easy! The location was perfect for checking out historic district! We’re definitely going to rent this house again!! The home was very clean and ready for us. We loved loved its proximity to Flagler college and all downtown has to offer. The street and the train can be loud but it did not affect our vacation. This home was perfect and met all our needs!

Everything was as detailed as pictures. Great living room space and all the bedrooms were great sizes as well. Our baby was excited to see a few toys at the house as well along with various board games to play. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and it was great walking distance to the historic area

The house was amazing inside and out. Great backyard and the front covered porch was a great place to hang out morning and evening. The location was perfect. You could walk to most everything in the area. It was a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. The host was also amazing and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly located house to be able to walk to all the attractions. Very safe neighborhood. Loved walking through Flagler College campus. House was very clean and well stocked. Perfect Location!

Perfect location and house! Everything was close by and it was wonderful being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe no matter the time of day. Communication was outstanding! Very responsive to all questions. Loved the personal handwritten note left for us at check-in!! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great for a family vacation.

We wanted to take our adult children on one last weekend getaway before the weather gets too hot, and this weekend was perfect. The location is great because it's pretty much a 10 minute walk to anything in Old Town...maybe 15 minutes to the Castillo. Even though it's so close to where everything is happening, it's on a quiet street so you aren't disturbed by the late night revelry. The area felt quite safe for walking at night. The house had all the amenities and privacy that our family of 5 needed. The beds were comfortable. I even took the pillow case off the pillow to see what brand it was because it was better than my pillow at home. I ordered two of them before I left town. I can't overstate how amazing the communication was with the property managers. Responses were prompt and and very polite. Check in was a breeze and I felt really comfortable knowing that they would respond immediately if I had any issues (though I didn't have any). We will definitely try to book this home again when we visit St. Augustine again.

Great location and comfortable house!

Three senior ladies vacationed together and enjoyed the convenient location of this comfortable house. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and sites of interest, in a lovely neighborhood adjacent to Flagler College. Comfortable accommodations all around! I highly recommend this house! Our hosts were readily available and everything was lovely.

Awesome place

This place was so nice to stay. I've stayed at many rentals and this one smelled good, was very clean and very spacious. Cozy, nice back yard and in a great location. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

True 5 star property

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we love it. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all of the historic district. The bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen is beautiful and the living room is perfect for a group. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I wanted her aunt to see St. Augustine. We wanted a location close to downtown and as short drive to the beach. The house was perfect for our trip. Mickey furnished and well stocked with amenities. We recommend staying at this property and look forward to staying again! Brenda and Andy

The house was in a great location and was very clean. Love the front porch to sit out and have coffee in the morning. We walked everywhere. It was in a great location. One day we had Wi-Fi issues. I trip came out quickly to try and fix the problem.
